Nick came out and examined the old liner and said it was a goner (which it obviously was). He explained exactly what would happen with the new liner installation. He was very friendly and has been doing it for decades so really knows his stuff. The job was done quickly and without issue. Nick also offers a 'pool school' with a DVD and one-on-one session where he explains the dos and don't for getting the most life out of your liner. This is a very nice touch because it's an investment and he genuinely wants you to get the most out of your liner before having to replace it again. Nick's customer service is also great... about a month after the job was done I noticed a hole and also felt some small bumps under the liner. Nick came out and fixed the hole, no charge, and also went into the pool to examine the bumps. They were moisture bumps from the material under the liner (a normal occurrence he tells me) and after he gently tapped them down with a rubber mallet they were no more. I highly recommend Nick and his company, the job was top notch and he went the extra mile to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
