A&M Carpet Cleaning

Our downstairs carpet was starting to get dirty in the high traffic areas, so we decided it was time to have our carpets cleaned. (It had been over a year since we last had it cleaned, and our dog is rough on our 'white' carpet. We also had two pet spots in the living room which I was unable to get up completely, so I wanted to have them professionally spot cleaned.) The technician called the house when he was on his way over, and arrived at the scheduled appointment time. He cleaned all three rooms in approximately one hour, and was able to get up both spots. The carpet looked new again! We have been using A&M Carpet Cleaning for several years and have been very happy with their service. I chose A&M Carpet Cleaning because it is a family run company, where the owner/ technician, Andy, does the cleaning every time. (I don't like to have just anyone into our home. Knowing that Andy is married with two kids makes me very comfortable.) Andy is always very personable, professional and reliable.

The stairs came out like new! This carpet is over 20 years old, and it really looks like it was installed last week. The single room carpet, which had seen better days and I didn't expect much for, came out looking infinitely better. The service was prompt, professional and quick.

Andy is the owner. They came out when we scheduled and did an excellent job on the carpets. They even called us back to follow up on the service and make sure we were happy. They were a pleasure to work with. They were not pushy and they were quite and affordable.
