+ -1 moreBryan Villeaux ( A Brighter Outlook) is very serious about his work and delivers exactly what he promises. We agreed on level of effort and price before he started. Any concerns that I expressed he answered carefully and then followed through as stated. Would recommend him very highly.
Description of Work: Windows cleaned inside and out with great care. Each screen carefully cleaned and re-mounted. Very neat and careful of furnishings inside the house and landscaping on the outside. Windows shine they are so clean when he finishes. Work is both thorough and efficient.

+ -1 moreThis is the second time we have used Bryan's services. He prepares the windows or doors by removing the screens, vacuuming the area where the window or door slides, then washing and drying the glass. He also cleans the screens, inside and out, before he puts everything back together. He is very neat and does an excellent job.
Description of Work: Cleaned all windows and sliding doors, inside and out, in a single story, three bedroom home.
