Called today to get a ball park quote to replace the rollers on my sliding glass door. The girl who answered the phone said no that there were so many types of rollers that they couldn't give an estimate unless i sent photos of the rollers or brought the door in. Its a sliding lass door six feet wide! Really? Bring it in. Ill just take that 6 foot glass door down the stairs and down to my honda, strap it on top and drive it in!! I told her no i cant get a photo of the roller unless I Take he door off the track. She said correct. The door weighs a lot and requires two people to lift it off the tracks. If i go to the hassle of moving furniture and have someone help me to pull the door down ill just replace them myself. Do all the hard work and pay them to do it all over again. It makes no sense. I cant imagine that they dont know how much they charge to come to my condo and replace a roller, but I guess they dont.

Davidson Communites uses ABC to fix warranty items so we have worked with them a couple of time in the past year. Davidson has scheduled all the appointments in the past. The rating for professionalism Unfortunately, I have called them in the past two weeks two times and left a voice message due to no live operator. My husband also left a message just yesterday and one last week. No one is returning our calls. Ratings are based on last trip. The responsiveness is due to four NO return phone calls. I am unsure if I would use them again after this fiasco.

Great value from ABC Glass! Their prices could not be beat and I have had other professionals look at the work and compliment the quality of the install. For an additional $135, they removed 20 sq ft of mirror from wall, cut and installed 2 vanity mirrors from it and disposed of the rest. Great deal! Roberto is easy to work with and offers quality, will definitely use again.

I have used them previously. They are cheap and they do good work. They are completely disorganized and their customer service is not the greatest. If we go through all that, their work is decent but not their customer service people. Some of them were more knowledgeable than others. I would use them again depending on what the project is.

I called ABC Glass Inc. two weeks ago to schedule free measure and consultation for a guest bath that is used infrequently. It was easy to schedule an appointment and within a few days Roberto came to the house to measure the shower opening. The opening wasn't exactly square (one side was off by about a 1/16th of an inch) so Roberto explained that ABC Glass would cut a custom door to fit the shower exactly. Roberto didn't have lots of fancy sales books/brochures with pretty pictures and he didn't try to up-sell but what he had was sufficient to pick out best door. After drafting the work estimate, he explained that the office would call back with the final cost (his guess was and lt; $600). The office called back within hours and gave me the final price, which I accepted. It took about a week for the install but that was quick and easy. Jesus and another installer showed up right on time and had the door installed in about 45 minutes. The door looked great and Jesus explained that we could use it immediately! Just before I paid the bill, I remembered to ask for a military discount (never hurts to ask). So I called up the office and they took 10% off the bill! This was a low priority project that I put off for years because Home Depot and Lowes gave me estimates that were hundreds more! ABC Glass did a great job and I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs glass work!!

We had a frame-less glass shower door and enclosure installed. Everyone I had contact with was professional and very helpful. The initial request for an estimate was handled promptly and the installation was done within two weeks. The job was done nicely and we are very happy with the service. The enclosure looks fantastic.

First, I was very happy with the glass itself -- it was cut to the correct dimensions. The reason for the B grade is that I called ahead and the girl answering the phone must have been distracted and wasn't friendly or helpful. When I got to the store, I learned that they did not have same day service, so I would have to drive back (about 20 miles) the following Monday to pick up the pieces. It would have been very helpful to hear that when I called, although to be fair, I did not ask and confirm that I would get same day service. I also learned that I couldn't get an estimate on replacing an old shower door because although I had most of the dimensions, I didn't have the thickness of the current door. When I said that I wished I had known I should get that, the girl responded with quite an attitude along the lines of 'well, you didn't ask that.' The other girl working there was quite helpful. But the girl who was first point of contact (phone and then in person) should be way more customer friendly. Again - the glass was fine; it was the customer service of the receptionist that needs to be corrected.

From the estimate to the final installation everything was very easy. Excellent job!

I walk into the store meet be a friendly voice. I gave them the broken glass and ask if they could replace it with the tint, they had it ready the next day...

Very responsive over the phone on getting the quote, approximate quote was close enough. They also gave me choice of bringing the windows to their shop (cheaper) vs having a technician come down to the house. I did'nt even realize that there was the option of taking the window myself before so that did save me money and even though I am not too handy around the house, i did get the window removed and took to the shop for replacement. Turn around was about 3 days which was as stated. Overall excellent service.

Very nice, on time, professional. Price came in lower when they arrived to do the job because 1 person could do the job rather than the two people they quoted it would take. I found them on Angie's list and happy I did. I would definitely recommend them and use them again

He made the shower doors w/ and quot;rain-glassand quot; and completed the job within 5 days. They installed the new door with no problems and all work was professional. For apx $100 additional over the cost of a DIY door, these shower doors look like $1000.

Wow, the door is wonderful and well done, They did not have the right door handle so they put one on and then remembered to come back and replace the handle. They also put glass in a large piece of art and I can now hang it back on my wall. It had been broken for a year. I would definitely use them again.

I am so impressed that I felt a strong need to write a review. I called ABC Glass yesterday for an estimate and within 2 hours, they had sent Roberto to get measurements. Roberto was precise but still took the measurements one more time just to make sure. He was in and out within 5 minutes. Later that day, I received a call from ABC Glass, here's where I thought things would change in terms of pricing but it was none of that, just called to take payment information and to tell me the glass will be replaced tomorrow.I was unable to be there during the installation but when I inspected the work, it looked very professionally done and of good quality. Roberto charged me exactly the price I was quoted and I am happy with the work done.

I called Roberto at the beginning of a big remodel project to give us an estimate for the Master shower. He emailed an estimate a couple of days later. Our general contractors price to do the same work came ina few hundred dollars higher. By the end of the project, we had decided to do glass enclosures for all four bathrooms and we called Roberto again. They measured and gave us a price for all four bathrooms which we thought was pretty reasonable. Once the tile work was complete they came out a third time - no charge, for a final measure and estimate. Doors were ready 10 days later and installed promptly. One door handle was too high and they reordered and reinstalled all with-in a matter of days. I love this company! Very easy to deal with, nice drawings of what the doors will look like, and lots of hardware choices. Very reliable and nice to work with. Thank you Roberto and team! Julie

They were knowledgeable and professional. The quality was very good. They came out promptly for the estimate.

Anyone that does business with ABC Glass company, watch out! Professionalism is not one of their strong suits.

I had a terrible experience with this company. The first time I contacted the company to come look at glazing our sliding screen door, everything seemed to go smoothly. I needed work done on a rental property sliding door, so I had to coordinate with my tenant, and a day care provider for my kids in order to make this appointment happen. I had an appointment scheduled at 10:30am on a tuesday. I called the day before to confirm the time for the following day and it was definitely 10-10:30am. My tenant was able to be at the house from 10-10:30am, but he needed me at the house afterwards if they still weren't there. Apparently ABC called me at 9/9:30 that morning to confirm the appointment. I was busy during this time and thought I had confirmed the appointment the day before so didn't expect a phone call day-of to re-confirm. I rushed from my morning appointment to my tenant's house at 10:30 because he told me they hadn't arrived yet. I called them at 10:45 because still no one was there and they told me that because I hadn't answered the phone earlier that day that they sent their worker home as he only had the one appointment for the day. I paid a day care provider to watch my son so he wouldn't be stuck hanging out at the house for however long and they didn't seem to care. THey wouldn't send someone out that day and rescheduled for the following day. This time my tenant ended up being stuck in a meeting and asked if they could push the appointment out 30mins. At first they said they were willing to do this, my tenant rushed out of a meeting to meet them there and they didn't show up. I called them to see what happened and they told me that they sent the workers to another job in the meantime and they didn't know how long it was going to be but they would call me back. My tenant sat around for 3 hours and no one called or showed up. I gave up after that one because it wasn't worth it to me to deal with such an unprofessional company. Never in my life have I worked with a company that confirms day-of. Always the day before. If their guy had no work, they should have called him back up and told him to come to the job the original day. So frustrating!

All aspects of the service from estimate to job completion, were completely satisfactory. I would not seek nor employ a different company for this type of work.

They were pretty good, they were efficient and they came when they said they were going to come and did a good job. They did what I asked for and they were a little hard to get in touch with them on the phone. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.
