Description of Work: Despite being a customer of Mike's for about 10 years for both my home and rentals, he has recently lacked a business-like attitude. He charged me $100 to replace two fuses which took less than 20 minutes for him to accomplish. When I asked him why the price was so high, he responded with rudeness. I tried inquiring why he didn't tell me his prices had gone up before he agreed to do the job, but he told me his prices have always been the same. (He added that he charged me for travel--a new addition.) When I tried to ask him what his hourly rate was, he stopped responding to me. I am saddened that someone who was so easy to work with has changed his attitude. If he doesn't like working on rentals, he could say so.
