It was great. He was very attentive and responsive to our inquiries. He was very quick and inexpensive. The quality of work exceeded his reputations.
Description of Work: He did plumbing and construction work for me. He installed some plumbing items and repaired two kitchen cabinets.

Absolutely the most professional outfit in an otherwise very challenging situation. As a property manager I have to balance owner costs against tenant inconvenience when floods occur and Flood Pros 911 has done a great job of moving quickly, providing clear information, and went above and beyond, handholding a very stressed and difficult tenant. They are our go-to for remediation services!

Currently working with Chris & team for our 2nd mold remediation and feeling extremely comfortable and taken care of! Chris keeps you updated and takes the time to explain the WHYs behind certain things (if you want to know) and also educates you on what might be a want versus a need at the moment along with accurate and appropriate timelines!
