Description of Work: The guys came to verify work done by a shady appliance repairman. They confirmed my suspicions on faulty parts & labor, made recommendations on how to proceed with getting my $ back and were great about what really needed to be done.

Description of Work: I contacted the company because my dish washer left dishes half dirty. The guy came, opened it up, cleaned all goo and accumulated junk, explained what i did wrong (dish washing liquid instead of powder, etc). I paid him $85 after 10% off. He said if I still would have problems, call him to order one part (he pointed the dirt inside of it) |Though the machine worked much better, I called to order that other part. That's when problems begin. Later he said to me that he was vacationing and not getting messages. Don't know. It took a long time to get him back. After I paid for that part $85 more, my machine is like new. |So, all in all I'm satisfied.

Description of Work: The provider was suppose to repair an LG brand dishwasher. The service person called to say he was 15 minutes away. He asked what brand of dishwasher we had. When I responded that it was an LG, he said that they did not work on that brand.

Description of Work: Wonderful experience! I had called a different Angies List suggestion and they came out, looked at my set up and said they were not interested in the job. It is difficult as I have a stacked washer dryer combo in a small space. Abraham looked at the job, gave me the estimate and went to work. He was able to do the repair with unstacking the units. Very professional. Will definately call in the future if needed for other work.

Description of Work: rEPAIR WAS HANDLED PROFESIIONALY. sERVICE WAS EXCELLENT.

Description of Work: The issue: 3 year old oven started to display error numbers then stopped working/heating. Repairman showed up and quickly diagnosed that the oven had a bad igniter. We authorized him to replace it and shortly thereafter he was done. It was done quick, he cleaned up and was on his way. Great job!

Description of Work: Jesse and Anthony were punctual, professional and polite. The vent on my dryer was clogged. They discovered that the hose was filled with water. They disconnected and drained the hose. They ran the dryer to be certain that no damage had been done. Then they gave me advice about how to prevent that from happening again and what to do if it happens again before I can remedy the situation. Excellent service.

Description of Work: Jessie came over to fix the refrigerator. One problem after another came up and Jessie was able to handle them all. Very professional, cordial and explained everything to my satisfaction. My 11 year old refrigerator is now working fine. These guys are the best. No wonder they get excellent reviews all the time.
