Description of Work: They weren't able to diagnose the problem with the refrigerator. They told me since it was still under warranty that it would be better to contact the manufacturer for assistance. The repairman was reluctant to open the back of the refrigerator because it would make the manufacturer's warranty null and void. I appreciated this advice. I contacted the manufacturer and they fixed the problem for only the cost of labor which was minimal.

Description of Work: Vendor's telephone answered once after dozens of attempts; by lady who could also only take a message. Vendor never returned calls. I submitted the request for this refund last week, but have not received the same. Thank you for your consideration.

Bought a front loading Kenmore to replace it and alas it's also made by LG. Hopefully they have improved the bearings! |

Description of Work: 911 was efficient and showed up when they said they would. They also let me pick the time window that was best for me. They needed to come out twice and sent the same repairman each time so the repair work would be consistently handled by the same person. I needed the hoses and the temperature gauge of my washer replaced. The technician ran the washer through all cycles when he was finished to make sure that the repair was valid and that the washer was indeed, repaired. This took extra time, but he was still fast and accurate.

Description of Work: I brought them in for a second opinion on my fridge after another appliance repair company diagnosed a faulty compressor and gave a very high estimate ($1300) for repairs. 911 found no fault with the compressor and replaced a $70 part which has fixed the problem. Fridge has been working fine for nearly two months now. Highly recommend.

Ray was on time, very courteous and professional, careful in assessing the problem and testing to be sure he had solved it, clear in explaining to me what he was doing and why.

Description of Work: The repairman was timely, phoned before arrival and did a great job. He replaced a Maytag dryer motor and belt. He was friendly and answered all of my questions. My dryer is as good as new. I will definitely use this provider in the future and recommend them to anyone in need of appliance repair. This is a family-owned business with great integrity and pride in workmanship. A written warranty of 1 year for parts and workmanship was provided.

Description of Work: This is the best service provider I've had in a long time. The owner came and he was so helpful and informative. He told me right off the bat to buy a new washing machine instead of doing what would make him more money. I will use him without hesitation in the future.

Description of Work: After they provided the estimate, we determined they had previously provided another estimate that was significanly less. When questioned, they said the previous estimate was incorrect. Also, we used them because there was a pre-pay coupon through Angie's list, but they said that the coupon did not cover labor for 2 people who were needed to repair the double oven. They blaimed Angie's for pushing deals that couln't be accomodated. The work got done, but the price was much more than we expected base on the Angie's deal. The repair person was clearly unhappy with Angie's because they made deals that the service provider could not accomodate.

Description of Work: Came to fix our dryer. (Apparently Sears botched the install.) Were not too late, did the job and while I thought they may jave been a little pricey, the dryer has run well ever since.
