Description of Work: The stove burner was having problems on the sparkle so I called 911 for a diagnose. Ryan came in on time and called before showing up. He was very professional, responsive, and very nice to deal with. He suggested us to replace a new stove instead of repair. Very honest in all aspects. Highly recommend! Thank you Ryan. Will definitely use them in the future.

He did a quick check and said that he couldn't find anything that needed repair . . . and gave me a phone # to call if I have a recurrence. Description of Work: Repairman came to try to fix washer that was making loud noise. He determined that the repair would cost more than the washer was worth and we decided to replace it instead. Repairman only charged us for service call, which I really appreciated. I will definitely call again if I need appliance repair - he was prompt, came the day after I called for service, and honestly evaluated the problem.
