Description of Work: Replaced a built-in microwave. It is an older house and they had to find one that fit into the space above the range. It cost a bit more than their original estimate but overall I was very pleased.

Description of Work: They recharged fridge and freezer sides of my Sub-Zero. It was obvious there is a leak, which they did not repair. I now recharge it myself every few months to keep it working properly. |I consider over $300.00 for $15.00 worth of refrigerant and less than 1 hour of labor to be outrageous.

Description of Work: I called on Sept 10 and they scheduled the service for the next day. There time window was only 2 hours, which was nice, since most companies seems to give a 4 hour window. They were even able to arrive earlier and did call first to make sure that was ok. Very nice and professional. I had a broken microwave hood and have a home warranty. The 2 companies that the home warranty company American Home Shield called never showed up and the third company they contacted could not schedule for at least 10 days. It was so nice to find a company that had a quick turn around time and actually showed up.

Description of Work: No repair was done, due to we will be replacing the washer/dryer combo unit.

Description of Work: I needed a part for the oven that had to be ordered and was told that I had to pay for the part in advance. I thought was very unusual since I never had to do this before. To me this sends a red flag that the company is not financial stable. While waiting for the part my microwave failed to work. Unfortunately they did not repair microwaves and when the repairman returned with the ordered part he seemed to be interested in the company that repaired my microwave.

Description of Work: My dishwasher would not come on. The repairman turned the breaker on the electric panel off and on. That reset the circuit, and I was able to use the dishwasher. He did not attempt the fix the dishwasher, and it continues to shut down. However, I can live with the temporary fix using the circuit breaker, until I am ready to replace the unit.

Description of Work: Jesse went above and beyond expectations to repair our 15 year built-in refrigerator-freezer, locating hard-to-find parts out of the area. Would defintitely use them again.

Description of Work: I have Northstar retro fridge and some of the parts are difficult to find and some are no longer being made. 911 Appliance repair went the extra mile to track down these parts and fixed it. I love my red fridge and new ones now are around $3,000. I am very thankful.
