9 1 1 Appliance Repair

took 3 weeks to get a part from the manufacturer. I basically had to stalk the tech to see where we were in the process. 3 weeks with no fridge. It was a challenge.

This was the 2nd appliance repair company that I called. The first was the place that the manufacturer referred me to. They told me it would take more than a week to come and look at my fridge. 9-1-1 told me they could be there the next day and at half the cost to diagnose the problem. The technician arrived on time and was very helpful. The initial problem I was having with the fridge was a lot of heat coming the bottom of it. He was quickly able to determine that the coils just needed to be cleaned. After that I asked him about a problem I was having with the water dispenser on it. While he was troubleshooting that he noticed that the defrost drawer kept turning on every time the door was closed. This helped him determining that the fridge needed a new computer board. He replaced it quickly and doing so actually fixed the problem I was having with the water dispenser.

OMG this company ROCKS! Jesee was my repair tech and he is AMAZING! Super friendly, super knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand before he started any work. He had the parts in his truck and my dryer was fixed within 45 minutes from the time he walked in the door. He opened up the front of the dryer and explained what he was looking for and as the dryer cycled he explained what the issues were. I couldn't be more pleased with Jesee and 911 Appliance Repair and I highly recommend them! There is clearly a reason they have the most reviews and the highest possible ratings! I'm keeping their number and next time i need an appliance repair I know who to call! Thank you 911 Appliance Repair and thank you Angies List for working!

Very well. Abraham explained everything clearly and was able to quickly make the needed repair. I also asked him about scheduling someone to do a maintenance check of the dryer, including removing all lint and cat hair that had accumulated. I was able to schedule that for Sat. May 30.

I called the company and they gave me an appointment within 2 hrs of my call. Ray called and said he was on his way. He was in my house within the hour. He determined that the regulator on my GE stove top was not functioning properly. He looked up the model and the part and told me he thought he would be able to have the part on Monday. Ray gave me a quote. Since I was having the repair, there was no separate service charge. He even gave me an Angies List discount. I spoke to him on Monday and he hadn't received the part yet. He said he would call by the end of the day to confirm that he had the part. He called and I scheduled him to come to my house between 9 - 11 AM the following day. He arrived on time on Tuesday. He was professional, experienced and very neat. He fixed my range top and now it works beautifully.

Our gas WH system was 12 years old and had not been flushed since 2007. It might not have been flushed since the original installation in 2003. After seeing the gray water at the end of the flush we decided to replace the whole unit for peace of mind since we have frequent guests and we ourselves are not always present. Isaiah was very pleasant, explained everything, and how we should maintain the unit for maximum life going forward. He came back the very same afternoon and professionally completed the job to our satisfaction, including the installation of a new gas valve and condensation trap per the latest codes. We will use 9-1-1 Appliance Repair again in the future as we have some additional plumbing requirements. Thanks!

I made an appointment online and they did not asked any preliminary questions. They simply scheduled an appointment for a dishwasher repair. As far as I am concerned, they wasted 2 hours of my work time and I am not happy. As a small business owner myself, I think this was very unprofessional.

Everything went very smoothly. The tech was polite and courteous, and finished the repair in about 45 minutes. He even cleaned off the dirt and dust from the washing machine so it looks great! I would absolutely use them again, I can't speak more highly of their service.

Repairman was scheduled to come out next day. He called before he arrived and was punctual. He performed the work in an expedient manner. I would use their company again and will recommend them to friends.

Eloy arrived a little late due to unforeseen work at the previous job. He apologized, and immediately went to work examining the washer. He was courteous, friendly, thorough, and very professional. He told me I needed a new motor and timer, which I had already suspected. He also answered all questions I had concerning whether or not to buy a new machine or replace parts in the old one. I decided to replace the parts. He ordered them immediately and returned two days later to replace. He came on time, did the work quickly, and was out of here in about an hour. Eloy was great, as were all the other employees I have dealt with at 911 throughout the past several years. (Abraham, Jesse, Anthony, Ray) I always call 911 when I have an appliance problem, and I highly recommend them.

I'm usually a little leery of a business whose name seems to be chosen so that it appears first in alphabetical listings (eg 'AAAA Transmission Repair') but the quantity of positive reviews here on Angie's List convinced me to try them. Jesse came within one day of my phone call. He is polite, friendly, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed heating element. He didn't have the correct replacement part with him, but called to order it. Came back the following afternoon and quickly replaced the failed heating element. I was charged for only one service call and this repair has a one-year parts and labor warranty. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

The technician ( Jessie) was very professional. He was running ahead of schedule so contacted us to see if he could come early. He got to work and immediately found the problem. He let us know what it would cost to repair our 22 year old dryer. He answered our questions and with the information he gave us, we decided it was probably cheaper in the long run to buy a new dryer. We would not hesitate to call them should we ever need an appliance repaired.

This company was touted as a "Super Service" provider by Angie's List, but when our Samsung washer needed repair and we called them, they indicated they chose not to work with that particular( thouigh popular) brand. So for us, at least, they were not so "Super" and we would not try to use them again.

We called 3 repair services last night. 911 Appliance was first to call back this morning. We set up a 2-hour time frame for today. Eloi called to ask about the problem so he could bring the right parts. He arrived promptly and did the repair in 15 minutes. He told us that our old machine has another ten years or more. We are extremely pleased with this company.

They cleaned it up and it worked fine. However, I've twice asked for a copy of the invoice and haven't received it.

Service person showed up on time. Called me when he was in transit and on his way. Was very pleasant, confirmed my diagnosis and fixed the problem within an hour.

Talk about bait & switch ... I spoke to their rep on the phone yesterday (Mon. 11/3) and gave her the model # and asked to check on a water pump for that model. "No problem, we can have a technician out to fix that tomorrow between 9 & 11am". Their tech was on time and went straight to work. After opening the washer, he informed me that the pump he had brought would not work on this model. I explained the conversation I had w/ their phone rep. He told me that the pump I needed was back ordered and he could not give me a definite installation time.

Helped trouble shoot a problem with our Bosch dryer. Took it apart and determined the problem was simply a blockage in the lint screen. Showed me how to clean it ourselves in dishwasher. We were ready to replace the dryer. Also did a thorough job cleaning the vents. Haven't had a problem since. Thank you for time and honesty.

He was just a talker. He said he might have the part he might not.... He said GE won't give him the software to diagnose the problem. I opted not to use this guy!

Did not use the service.

Should I ever need an appliance repairman, I will contact Abraham at 911 Appliance. He spent a great deal of time reviewing and searching out answers for me regarding the dishwasher and handled my problem with the dryer charging only a service call. He set my mind at ease and I felt an immediate sense of trust. Good man.

Today, Jesse was to return with the needed gasket to make the repair between 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. We received a call at 9:30 from Jesse saying that the gasket had apparently never been ordered. Whether he himself forgot to order the part, or the warehouse didn't do it, we don't know. Jesse apparently didn't know either. This was after we had defrosted our freezer and emptied out the fridge with everything in coolers. I'm not sure if it is procedure to only make sure the part you ordered is there the day you actually promised it, or not. That is very poor execution on their part and very disappointing to us. We decided to find someone else to to repair our freezer. Given that this was our first experience with this company, we won't be using them again.

Replaced the water valve, hose and 1/4X1/4 adapter. Water valve $96.76 and labor $95.00 Tax $8.47, instructed me on how to put back the ice maker after defrosted, checked water line for function and left. He was professional and knew what he was doing.

It went great, they were available to come when others were not. They were on time showing up, the part came in a day later than expected but they came back and installed. The gentleman who was here let me know if he was running late or if he was able to come in earlier well ahead of schedule. I was in a hurry to leave the house the day he came to install and he made sure he was out of there in less than 20 minutes. Very satisfied.

There was no problem. It was fine. We were happy with them. They were fine, came in on time, and did what are fair enough.
