Abraham was on time and explained clearly what the problem could be and the costs for each possibility so that I could make an informed decision about the repair. He then found the problem and fixed it for the quoted price. He was very polite and informative. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Prompt, courteous, and informative. Spent quite a bit of time diagnosing the dryer problem. Presented a good analysis of whether to fix old washing machine or get new one. Very knowledgeable on the new technology in current washing machines.

Scheduled appt. was canceled and only one other time was offered on a different day and time. Did not seem concerned at all that I had blocked this specific time and day. Technician decided to go out of town. I guess they have only ONE tech. available!?

Outstanding. On time. Professional. Explained possible problems and options to fix and costs associated with each option and percentage of occurrence with each possible problem. Gave tips and time-frames to look for more problems if the first correction did not work. Work done quickly and non-working parts returned to me.

Called 911 Appliance Repair on Sunday morning, then on Monday morning- left messages. It is now Monday evening and have not heard back from them. Used another vendor from Angie's List who did a great job. For a company with such a glowing review on Angie's List, I was very surprised to be ignored.

Abraham was on time. He was pleasant, professional, and truly knows his stuff. He had come out once before - see report on Abrahams Appliance Repair - and was honest in telling us that our washer probably could not be repaired. He looked over the replacement - a suggestion he made-and was pleased to see we followed his advice. (We are very happy with the LG Washer.). He then checked the dryer and told us what was wrong with it. He was extremely patient; answered all our questions, and then fixed the machine. When he came back into the house to be paid I asked his advice on a kitchen faucet we had had replaced. He confirmed our beliefs that it was not working properly, but quickly said that he was not a plumber; this was just his opinion. He spent some time just talking to us - with some great philosophical words about not stressing over the small things. He is a true gem!

Abraham was honest and punctual. I received a call, as requested, when he was on his way over, as the repair was at a property that was not my residence and I didn't want to sit there for hours waiting for him.

Very happy with 911 Appliance. They came promptly, got the part needed in less than an hour and fixed my refrigerator that day.

Freezer stopped. Called two other companies. One couldn't come for four days, the other for six. 911 said they would have someone there the following day. The men showed up on time and confirmed that the relay was not functioning. They replaced the relay to fix the freezer. I Received a 10% discount.

He showed up the same day that I called. They did a superb job. He was the nicest guy, and he fixed it and it worked like a charm. I couldn't be more pleased. He also cleaned out all the dog hair that had gotten underneath.

Abraham himself came out right on time. He was pleasant and professional. He listened to the machine and knew exactly what the problem was. He checked the underside of the washer and said that he had bad news - the washer's motor had quit. The machine was 15 years old. He gave us many possibilities for the old washer, as well as giving us information about new washers on the market. At the present time it could not be repaired unless we put in a new motor. He left by telling me that if I had any questions to call him. I did, about 1 hr. after he left, with questions about a variety of machines I read about in Consumer Reports. He was most gracious, giving me the information I needed to make a decision. He said he would call me tonight with more information re: the washer I was going to purchase. I had been told on the phone that there would be a $10 service charge that would become part of the repair. He talked to me for almost an hour for the $10 I paid him.

I had an excellent experience with this company. The proprietor/owner was punctual, efficient and very interested in doing a good job. I will definitely use the company again if I have any other appliance repair needs.

Abraham is personable, competent, and honest. He could have insisted on trying to replace the thermal coupler, but instead gave me advice on how to keep it working for as long as possible.

HE CAME OUT AND LOOKED AT MY THERMOSTAT AND SAID IT WAS BROKE. HE SAID I NEEDED TO JUST HAVE A NEW UNIT. HE TOLD ME IT WASN'T REPAIRABLE.
