They were very helpful however, we did not use the coupon. They could not repair our washing machine and honestly told us we should just get a new appliance. We ended getting a refund from Angie’s List.

Since I found Abraham on Angies list, I have used him for several repairs. The original repair was a stove lighter thing, but since then his company has helped me with my dryer and my washer (more than once with the washer for different things). I have found him to be honest and professional. When I was asking him about the refridgerator, he told me that they could repair it, but for the cost, I was better off waiting and getting a new one as he found some other issues that were going to make it expensive to repair. He showed up on time and gave me a call to know when to expect him. he cleaned up after his work and everything is working peachy again. Thank you 911 appliance repair.

While everyone was professional on the phone and the person that fixed it was great, somebody sure screwed up putting in an order for the part that needed to be ordered out of state. My poor tenants went without their refrigerator for 10 or 11 days which is ridiculous in my opinion. Consequently we felt we had to give them a break in their rent by how inconvenienced they were. I am surprised they won a service award. I would give them an overall F but the technician was extremely apologetic and nice.

Saw that it was a rather simple fix, did the fix. The charge was only the site visit fee. Have been gouged with unnecessary work in similar situations in the past, so this was refreshing. Technician also advised us on how to avoid the problem in the future. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

The repairmen were supposed to come between 4 & 6 pm. Called office at 5:30. They came around 6:30 and told me the office had forgotten to put me on the schedule although I had made the appt. 4 days earlier. They didn't have the part but didn't charge me for the visit. They returned 2 days later and fixed the icemaker. Could not use it until I got a plumber to fix a kinked copper hose. Got the plumber; cost $100. The ice maker works. They were going to send me the 10% discount in the mail. Haven't got it yet (Feb 4). Repairmen were polite, professional, & accommodating. They need office help.

Came out on Tuesday and ran diagnostics with an electric meter. Determined that the controller was bad, not the panel. Very relieved as the panel is no longer made and if it was bad I would be looking at a $2,000+ bill for a new oven. They ordered the part and came back on Thursday to install. Ray did the repair work. He was very polite and thorough. He also called me in advance with updates on his ETA. Would not hesitate to use again in the future.

I called and left a message on Sunday. Got a call back Monday morning and was giving an appointment for 12-2 PM. Abraham, the owner, called when he was in the vicinity and arrived punctually. He has a wealth experience. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and proceeded to fix it. The problem was the filter which in this model machine is hard to get at. I would call this company again.

Really enjoyed working with the team at 9 1 1 Appliance. We had a 7 year old Kitchenaid built in refrigerator that had an issue with the computer board which is no longer sold by Kitchenaid. 911 Appliance was able to connect us with a company who could repair the board and then managed the reinstallation of the board saving us thousands of dollars by not having to replace the refrigerator all together. They were sensitive to the holiday schedule and met timelines to insure my holiday entertaining went off without a hitch! They were careful when moving the refrigerator in and out of the built in cabinet and went to extremes to protect my custom wood floor. They even left me with a can of stainless steel cleaner when I commented how much better theirs worked than what I was using! They had to come out twice when the computer board came back from repair from the outside company not working, but they honored their satisfaction guarantee and did not charge me for the second time out to once again move the refrigerator and replace the computer board. I would definately recommend their services and use this fine team again.

Previously they have repaired our GE oven and Electrolux refrigerator. All work has been excellent.

Performed diagnostic exam of a convertible refrigerator/freezer. The repairman was very upfront about its condition and even researched the availability of parts to repair it and called us later about the cost and availability. We chose to replace it in the end.

All told, Ray spent several hours over 4 visits attempting to repair our 11-year-old Bosch dishwasher, but, unfortunately, some things just can't be fixed. (I really believe that if it could have been repaired, Ray would have succeeded!) Although he removed and tested or replaced the water pump, the main controlling unit, and the turbidity sensor, it became clear that nothing was going to work. I was extremely impressed that the company's policy is that there is no charge at all if the unit is not successfully repaired. Thus, my total cost for several hours of technician's time was exactly Zero! Also, while he was reassembling the broken dishwasher, Ray was kind enough to answer my questions about the new dishwashers that are on the market. I felt well-prepared when I went out to buy a new dishwasher, and I will certainly use 9-1-1 Appliance Repair in the future.

Excellent service!! They were able to provide service same day. Ray was able to assess and determine immediately what was wrong with our oven. He was courteous and professional. He answered all our questions and explained the repairs he would be making. He gave us additional information on our range and pointers on what to avoid doing while cleaning the range. We would definitely use their service again for any appliance repairs we may need in the future.

Abraham, repair technician, arrived early for his appointment. He immediately identied the problem with the pulley mechanism which controls the washing machine agitator. He explained that the pulley mechanism is integrated into the motor and that the repair is fairly costly. His staff ordered the part and he repaired the machine two days later. The service was absolutely superb.

After cooking a turkey for Thanksgiving, we decided it was time to utilize the Self Cleaning cycle on our Kitchen Aid double oven. We have lived in the home for just one year and this was the first time we had turned on the self cleaning mode. Everything seemed fine, until one hour into the self cleaning cycle, the oven turned off and ALL the electronic displays went dark. Oops, something is really wrong here. That's when I turned to Angies List to get a recommendation for an appliance repair company that handled major appliances. Based upon the many positive reviews, we chose to call 911 Appliance. It was a smart move. Let me state at the outset that from our first phone call to the completion of the job, everything was handled by the employees of 911 Appliance in a courteous and professional manner. And, the price paid for the services was totally reasonable. The technician sent by the company, Ray, was fantastic. Just to trouble shoot the problem he had to take the oven practically apart. He diagnosed the problem as either a blown motherboard, caused by the excessive heat of the self cleaning cycle (in which case the oven was essentially "shot" because they don't make that particular motherboard anymore) or a blown thermal fuse, which may or may not be available. Well, thanks to Ray's persistence he found a replacement thermal fuse,(after searching through multiple manuals and suppliers) which when replaced, solved the problem and the oven started right up again. He saved our oven! In conclusion, I highly recommend 911 Appliance and it's excellent technician, Ray. If you have a major appliance problem, I would not hesitate to give them a call.

They were very kind, courteous and professional. They took the time to answer all my questions and were happy to explain the repairs step by step. They weren't bothered by my request to take the time to clean parts of the appliance while it was open during repair. They worked fast and gave me great tips on how to keep the washer running at its best. We would definitely use their service again for any appliance repairs we may need in the future.

They came out to the house and determined that they could not do service on my Viking's appliances.

They were friendly and did the work at a reasonable price. They never seemed to answer their phone and sometimes I can not leave a message. Once they finally answered they are good to deal with and they are accommodating to me. One technician came out to do the work and arrived on time and it took about an hour to complete.

Our 10 yr old dryer was making a loud noise. The provider's personnel diagnosed the problem as a bearing; replaced the bearing, tested the dryer. This cost $129 for parts and labor. Later the same day, after running the machine for a few minutes, the same noise reappeared. The provider returned the next day and after some time determined by elimination that the problem was the dryer's motor. This would be a major repair and I had explained that I did not want to pay for a major repair to a 10 year old dryer. They explained to me that their policy was that if they could not repair the appliance, they would not charge. They then refunded to me the $129 I had paid for the initial repair and did not even charge for a service call. I was impressed with this policy and would use this provider in the future.
