Description of Work: I had gotten the name of this company from Angies list some time ago and they did excellent work. However, when I called them again it took several calls before they responded and we did not choose them to do any work because their cost was a little higher than we could afford at the time. When our main freezer went out, I called them again as we were going to have them do the other work too. They never called back and I have thrown their little business card magnet away. I would not use these people again as we found out from the people we did use that they would have been overcharging us.

Description of Work: (Jan 2008) Replaced timer on older Maytag dryer.

Description of Work: Dec 2007 - Our oven was not working. Abraham came out and said it was actually the knob not working, not the oven itself. Since the oven is old and is not being made anymore, he would not be able to get the same part. However, he had a knob with him and replaced the old one. He did not charge us for the knob and it worked even though it did not look good.

Description of Work: RAPHAEL LOOKED AT REFRIGERATOR ICE MAKER, OVEN DOOR, CLOTHES DRYER, CLOTHES WASHER, AND THE COOK TOP. TOLD ME HOW TO CLEAN ICE MAKER - NO NEED FOR REPAIRS. GLUED OVEN DOOR COVER. ADVISED THAT CLOTHES WASHER WAS OK AS IS. EXAMINED CLOTHES DRYER AND COOK TOP AND SAID HAD TO ORDER PARTS. SAID THEY WOULD CALL WHEN PARTS CAME IN. RAPHAEL, THE TECHNICIAN, WAS NICE, BUT NEVER CALLED ME REGARDING PARTS. I HAD TO CALL FOR INFORMATION EACH TIME. SECOND VISIT 5/21/07: FIXED CLOTHES DRYER. HAD ORDERED WRONG PART FOR COOK TOP. THIRD VISIT 6/28/07: FIXED STOVE TOP. RAPHAEL SAID LABOR WARRANTY WAS ONLY 30 DAYS; 90 DAYS OR 1 YEAR ON PARTS. I NOTICED LATER THAT THEIR WEB SITE SAYS ONE YEAR WARRANTY ON PARTS AND LABOR (HOPE THAT'S WHAT I HAVE). RAPHAEL WAS COMPETENT, BUT OVERALL TIME (EIGHT WEEKS) TO COMPLETE REPAIRS WAS TOO LONG.

Description of Work: My washer would not spin. I made an appointment for the repairman to come and give me an estimate for the repair. Abraham arrived at my home early. He quoted me a price to repair my washer. He did the work quickly and was quite professional. He was also helpful by answering questions I had about purchasing a new washer and dryer. I would use this service again.

Description of Work: Replaced heat element in old refrigerator, later replaced fan.

Description of Work: During a service call for a non-functioning washing machine the repair man checked for and found some kids socks stuck in the drum which stopped it from moving. He only charged the $10.00 service call. I will not call anyone else in the future.
