All aspects of this process from design to install met all of my expectations.

They also did a few blinds that were great.

3 Blind Mice Window Coverings was easy to work with and were VERY flexible! I needed more time to prep/paint some of the rooms prior to install and they were very accommodating.! The shutters look outstanding!

My salesperson Jeannie was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating as I changed my mind after my first choice of blinds. The installers were efficient and professional and I'm really happy with my wovens and motorized shades.

No complaints at all. The whole process went very smoothly and was finished ahead of schedule.

The order was completed quickly, approximately 3 weeks, and installation was prompt and flawless. The top-down, bottom-up design works perfectly for our windows and sliding doors allowing both visibility and privacy when needed.

The measuring and the installation was completed in less than 3 weeks. I had hoped for a quick order and install but didn't expect them to be able to accommodate my request but it was done and I couldn't be happier. I had also looked for recommendations on my local Next Door Neighbor site and some of the other national sites had terrible reviews. Just couldn't be happier.

Very helpful! We thought we needed a new blind for our slider but instead they helped us get our broken blind fixed even though they were not the original company we bought it from.

Very responsive to any concerns I raised. Unfortunately outside mount shades were not shown in standard samples available for view on the salesperson's web access which led to some dissatisfaction with a corner treatment. Traditional cordless shades were inconsistently performing when initially installed (speed of rewind) but they readily came out to adjust. Would have been nice if the rewind speed had been checked at time of installation to eliminate additional visit. Power shade works nicely. Very courteous and professional staff.

I was a little disappointed only cause it took several weeks to come out for the install. But they did come out right away to measure.

I appreciated the fast and high quality service. Designer Kathleen came over and we chose treatments for two windows and one sliding glass door that opens on to the balcony. She was smart , responsive, and easy to work with. throughout the process I was able to order exactly what I wanted. When the treatments were ready, the installation was quick, professional, and room-changing! Go with them without hesitation. They're a unique company. On top of all that, I love the name!

Night & day compared to my previous vendor Gallery Shutters! Evan & OD from 3 Blind Mice were so much more experienced and customer-service oriented, I was just blown away. OD trains people nationally on motorized shades and helped me out tremendously when my 6-year old battery powered roller shades conked out. I cannot recommend OD enough, he is seriously the best & the most knowledgable person in the industry, HANDS DOWN!! Love having these new motors hardwired and connected to the Somfy cloud-based app & my Alexa.

We bought our blinds. It took a while to get the job scheduled, but once the guy came, he got the job done in one day and the blinds were perfect.
