Product is very good and is as expected. Dave Alexander is great to work with and provides excellent customer service.

We went with the 5% open blind with texture. This gives a nice shadow effect and some depth.

They did a great job. There was a mix up in the order and they made sure that everything came out very nicely. I will use them again when I need additional blinds for my house.

They were prompt with our appointment times. The blinds we choose look amazing in our remodeled home! We would hire them again!!

Hired through Costco - service was excellent. They showed up on time, did an excellent job of measuring for custom, pull-down hades, delivered on time and installation went smoothly with zero issues. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Minimum charge for super small job was higher than I would have liked. But everyone has their minimum. Plumbers are cheaper. :)

3Blind Mice installed the blinds several years ago; and now a few needed repairing. The parts had to be ordered, which took several weeks to come in. Then there was a change of company contacts for the job, and so further delays occurred. Everyone was very helpful along the way and tried to make things happen, but it just took a long time to complete the job.

Both Robyn and Cindy were very professional about setting up appointment and following up with appointment and measuring. The actual installation with a different company, keeping appointment time, finding the house, etc. was Mike difficult.

Quick service and very friendly and courteous people.

This company is awesome, from the first visit of selections, quote and measurements, to follow up with more measure, to complete installation. The products where ready about 3 weeks earlier than promised. Excellent costumer service, everyone was very personal. I purchased one Plantation shutter, and 2 roller blinds with remote control feature.

Second time I have used them and they are amazing from initial contact, to coming onsite, to ordering, to scheduling the 2nd measure, to installation. I would NEVER use anyone else. Also had an issue with my original home. They came out tried to repair, and ended up replacing the blind free of charge (3 years later!!!). Who does that?? Well Three Blind Mice does!! A+ from customer intake to customer service. Great people, great products.
