3 Blind Mice Window Coverings, Inc.

Good transaction. Already had some of my items quoted from another company and 3 Blind Mice matched that price . . . as I recall, it was at least a 15% differential. My consultant, Kathleen Patton, was very helpful in picking out the color and style of my slider door coverings.

The blinds were made quickly and fit perfectly. There was some confusion about installing the vertical blinds because they came from two different custom makers. So even though the blinds were finished first I had my shutters first and had to call and ask about the blinds. Overall though they did a great job. They brought many different samples and everything was custom made. The quote was right on and no hidden fees.

Was the work done? Yes and no. We contracted with 3 Blind Mice through Costco, assuming, as always, everything is best through Costco. We ordered shutters October 20, had the measurer do the final measure the following week; our check was promptly cashed. Wed then heard nothing for almost two months!! until December 13, when I called to inquire about the order. I was told that they had the product there. I wondered why they had the product there and had not informed me. An installation date was made. The installer, a very nice gentleman, was in great pain and barely able to do the work. When the shuttters were all installed, we discovered two of the windows were the wrong size louvers, not what we paid for. Now it is January 8. I have called the office and spoken with Marissa, as well as Diane (manager) and have not received a call back. I still have the wrong shutters, and they have my $2,208. I wonder if they are too small a company to be working with Costco. I wonder why Costco chose them. I wonder if I will get my shutters ever, or even a phone call?

Company had bad supplier who welsched on parts; had to come several times and discuss much to make right. Made good and result is excellent, probably lost money on me what with having to provide all new first quality parts and absorb former supplier's (probably deliberate) ineffective ones. This place stands by guarantee of making things right! Would still recommend. Also did more conventional custom folding window covers well.

My experience went very well. They were neat, efficient and prompt. The staff was also very professional and knowledgeable in their field. I felt the pricing was reasonable and they did a great job. I would recommend this company to others.

Installed shutter smart plantation shutters on 2 windows Took 2 wks to make. _x000D_|_x000D_|SS cut one too short. Had to have it made again but it still took 2 wks to make. Guy came out to install last one. Then had to have someone else come out bc 2 screws left off. Had to call company about 8 times to remind them that I still needed someone to come out. _x000D_|_x000D_|Prices of SS shutters was competitive compared to Other Companies. They're nice looking but not as solid and heavy as I would have liked (noticed when you open and close the shutters). _x000D_|_x000D_|

They installed blinds for me. They did a fine job. One guy came out to measure the windows. Then 2 guys came out to install them after they made them. They installed the blinds in at least 7 windows. I thought they were very professional.

Came and measured windows for adjustable window shades, my wife recalls that we did not chose Three Blind Mice to do the job, instead we went through Costco. Our recollection is that TBM was higher in price than the Costco people

When we moved into our new home back in 2009-early 2010, they put wood blinds up as well as film coating on the windows. We then used them another time too to do some minor things to some of the window. I liked that the product was good. They came on time and completed when they said they would. I never had an issue with anything they have done that work for us.

I was really happy with what I got from him. He was good guy, not too pushy, and made a lot of good suggestions. He promised me they would be in before Christmas and they were. He was a really personable guy.

They were great. This was the 2nd time I used them. This time I used them for a sliding cover for a sliding glass door and one for the bedroom. The treatment is like a sliding patrician. The first time I used them for window tinting and blinds. I went back to them, because I really like the product so that everything now is matching in my home.

They had some delay, but they were great. The installers did not do exactly what they said they were going to do, they didn’t install the string holder, they just installed blinds for me in 9 windows. I purchased the blinds through them and they also installed them for me. It took 2 technicians to install. I found them from Yelp. I was never there when they installed the blinds and when I came home they were up and they were exactly what I wanted.

IT TOOK FIVE WEEKS FOR THE BLINDS TO ARRIVE. NEVER UNDERSTOOD WHY SO LONG. ELISA CAME TO INSTALL THE BLINDS AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WHILE THE WAIT WAS LONG THE RESULT WAS VERY GOOD.

We were told initially it would be a week to 10 days for them to restring the shade. It took just less than 3 weeks. Found out later that the company had won a contract with Costco, which helps explain the delay. Would have been nice for them to keep us updated instead of us having to call them.

It went satisfactory. They look fine but I just wasn't crazy about how it finally got done. It was 4 windows that I was interested in having done and the windows were so many square feet and basically they did okay with that. They applied the Special, like the amount of square footage that they would have done but there was additional square footage involved and so it was more money involved. It was tall windows, it was like 4 ceiling windows. The quality of the work done was good. They came out the first time and we had a discussion about the coupon and how would that work for the additional square footage and in the end I was okay with that price it was going to be. But happened is then they basically didn't get a timely callback, there was no coordination with the sales representative and the guy I talked to and so I didn't get a callback. I had to call to get back in touch with her and then when they finally ordered the windows, when they came to install it, they didn't have enough Special to get the work done. They had to make another trip back and that I would have to be home the second time to have it done. Their price was expensive.

Installer arrived on time and did a very professional job.

We had a certain budget number to meet and Kathleen was very helpful in getting us below this number. The service that Kathleen provided trying to find the exact colors we wanted was excellent. Kathleen also gave us some "helpful hints" twice on how to install the blinds ourselves. Tony came out and did our measurements in a very professional manner. We felt comfortable with his accuracy. We highly recommend her and the 3Blind Mice company.

This is the second time we've used 3 blind mice for plantation shutters and their service and quality is fantastic. We've used them previously at another house years ago. O'D came out for an initial inspection and quote, he is very punctual and professional. Their price is on par with other vendor's however where other vendors push you to vinyl, their quote is for hardwood which is the same price as vinyl for the others. Recommend hardwood as it's look, function, feel, and quality is much better than the vinyl we've seen. The install is quick and professional and they totally transform any room.

Use 3 Blind Mice they did an outstanding job. Kathleen the senior designer was great. She knew exactly what and how to measure my windows. I had a very limited amount of time they could do the job--3 days. She had the order called in and the installers were on time and the job was completed in 45 minutes. I must give Kudos to the installers they were fast, and knew what they were doing. They took precautions to safe guard my furnishings and newly shanmpooed carpet. I would use them again. Great!!!! company. Great service from 3 Blind Mice. What a name you can't forget.

Called 3 blind mice and was able to get an appointment for assessment later in the week. When they came back to install the blinds, the gentlemen was very nice and showed me how to use them before he left. Overall very efficient service and competitive prices.

Had to do several visits to make motors and track work. Consultant spent much time, brought in husband as well for work, 4 installers spent much time at no increase in price from estimate. Reworked a custom bedspread as well at no cost that, again, another provider on List would not service. Result was very classy space conversion visually and functionally. Also holds down noise. Would rely on again for window treatments especially requiring skill to design/install.
