Description of Work: I needed to remove unwanted furniture from a rental property. I called and was able to arrange next day service. They provided an estimate on site. The cost was less than I anticipated.

Description of Work: This service helped to empty out my garage and side yard when I was getting ready to move. I had been in my home for over 20 years, so there was quite an accumulation of "stuff" that I wasn't sure what to do with.

 + -1 moreWe discussed prices over the phone and they gave me a rough idea unseen. They called at the time arranged to tell me they were on the way. They (2 guys) showed up on time, and really worked hard to get done in about 4 hours (including a round-trip to the dump). The cleanup was very, very good. Both guys were very courteous and were willing to do whatever it took to get the job done right. I probably could have shopped around for a lower price--but would it have been worth it? I wonder. I was very satisfied, and would call them again.
Description of Work: I had them demolish a hot tub and the shade structure that was over/around it. They had to cut the tub into pretty small pieces (wheelbarrow size, approximately) in order to get the pieces out.

The only small issue we had is that the limitations described in the Deal were not a comprehensive list - they stated 3 square yards of space but there was a weight limitation as well so we ended up paying slightly extra. Other than that, they were just fine!

 + -1 moreThey showed up, gave us an estimate on how much our coupon would allow. We had more then allowed, so I asked them how much more would they charge to take the rest of it . Their answer was 50.00 . That was very reasonable in our opinion. They were respectful and courteous.
Description of Work: They came with a big truck and loaded up all our garbage, swept the concrete that it was on, and left the place as clean as could be.

When we agreed to take only what we paid through the Big Deal they refused to take out what I wanted them to do instead they were picking and choosing what they want to haul. Do not use this company if you have a choice.

Description of Work: When I sent the email requesting haul-out service to remove a 22 year old, extra large portable spa from our backyard, I received an immediate email and follow up from the company. They came out to examine the task and provided a quote for the total project. They were able to schedule the work within a few days. The crew arrived on time, cut the spa into 3 large pieces and hauled it out. They left the patio free of debris and did not harm anything in getting the large pieces through several gates. We were charged the amount quoted, even though it turned out to be a bigger project than originally anticipated.

Description of Work: Had a deal through Angie's list for a discount, but these guys were top notch. Very professional and went above and beyond what we thought, also hauling out mattress, old BBQ, cardboard boxes, electronic waste, wooden palates, and other junk. They even took some of our old toxic paint (for small additional fee). We will definitely use them again when the need arises.

They are very professional, communicate well, and used care around my house. I would use Haul-Out again, to haul away large objects, junk, and debris.
