Perfect. Very professional installation by very nice people.

Initial diagnosis showed low Freon for a 3 year old unit, which indicates a leak. Leak diagnosis went pretty quickly and determined the inside A coil had a leak. Company ordered new coil that took about a week. Coil under warranty but labor not. The diagnosis fee was a bit high but able to get them to credit $200 to the coil replacement labor since the leak detection went very quickly. Although the repair was more than I wanted, I felt the quality of the work was worth the cost and the service team was very clean, safe, friendly and informative.

Triton air...these guys are professional. Called ahead, super organized and courteous. Very respectful regarding privacy/distancing. Masks, gloves, foot coverings. I watched them work periodically and they did a quality installation of the material and components. Clean application of mastics, insulation and sheet metal work that makes for a nice presentation as equipment is exposed within our garage. Once running, they tested the system, balanced and optimized to industry levels. They were heplful in telling me what they were doing and why. Top marks for Tim and Teo from my wife and I. Thank you! Problem solved! Original thermostat wiring at Furnace was missing an attachment to a common feed wire. The previous thermostat contained a battery so lack of a common feed was not an issue. Service and assigned technician’s (Ric) professionalism were great. The service fee, however, was kinda steep. Even after waiving a standard diagnostic fee ($89), the fee exceeded the cost of actually purchasing the new thermostat.

Casey was professional and observed COVID safety and distances. He was personable and explained all recommendations and fees. There was no “hard sell”. I appreciated his thoroughness.

Casey wasted no time, troubleshooting every possible issue to find solutions to my heating problem. He also shared photos with his team to ensure that all combined knowledge and possibilities were considered. Once he received responses, he confirmed a possible solution. Parts are now on order and he will complete the repair once the parts arrive. I am a happy customer so far.

Triton Air was literally a breath of fresh air. I’ve had a lot of work done on my house recently, and I they were the best and most professional team that I’ve worked with over the last couple of years. They were professional, informative, patient and did an incredible job. I’d absolutely hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

Did the referral through Costco. Had the representative come out just a couple of days after I called. Got a good quote and work done several days later. Came in with masks, gloves and shoe protectors. New units works great, better air flow and quieter unit, more energy efficient. Nice rebate coming from Costco. Crew that installed and service representative were all very professional. Glad I used them and made it very easy.

The technician who performed the work (Sanlerio) was great. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful/friendly. He performed quality work and patiently answered all my questions. He made it a great and pleasant experience!

Zack and Tyler were on time and properly masked. They put me at ease as I explained the issues and performed a thorough check of my thermostat, AC unit and condenser. They quickly found the culprit, a blown condenser fuse, replaced it and even installed a new filter. Tyler also checked the Nest thermostat to insure it was properly set up. I’m so thankful for these 2 great young men. Triton Air is now my heating/AC company.

OUTSTANDING is not a strong enough word to describe the beauty of this service and Kathleen Malone who performed it. I could not have done a more thorough job had I shopped myself and probably would not have done it with nearly the organization that she did. She saw that everything was bagged according to purpose and that non-perishable items were placed in a different bag to keep in the garage or elsewhere until the virus would die on its own. I think so highly of the owner of Triton Air, it's employees and volunteers for providing this valuable service. And, by the way, they installed our HVAC system a few years ago and it's wonderful as is their service and attitude. What a pleasure to do business with such a wonderful company! Betsy Wilson

They are awesome. Quick, reliable, and considerate about our safety. I used them to install my AC unit and furnace. Who would have thought that during this pandemic they would also be heroes in the community delivering food to those at high risk like myself.
