Description of Work: New air and heating system with ducts. Guy who showed up thought he was a cowboy and did the basic "how you doing, little lady" routine. He wanted 17000 for a unit other places quoted 10500 for. Cited he provided better service and knowledge so his price was more. Real joke. All the other places have installed units in my neighborhood. And my neighbors are completely satisfied. This place is a joke. The guy even said he installed for costco. Find that hard to believe. But of course who knows what kind of rip off routine he pulls on them. Watch the follow up on this review. Bet it will say I have a bad heater with dangerous problems and he was only trying his darndest to help. Liars!

xxxxxx, I regret to read the unnecessary name calling of our team member and calling us "wackos" and a "joke" and "Liars" simply because someone else quoted you for less money. I hope you are just having a bad day. I regret you have negative feelings toward our representative and company however I feel the way in which you communicate your feelings thru name calling in uncalled for. Please do not jump to negative conclusions about my team or Triton Air. It is very easy for others to provide a low price to perform "similar scope of work". There are a ton of short cuts and unethical ways that some use to get the job done quicker, without permits, efficiency testing or following EPA, state and city guidelines. It is mathematically impossible to provide the $16,690 work we quoted for $10,500. We do not pad our proposals, rip people off or perform greedy business tactics. I found that our representative (who is from Tennessee, who is a cowboy and does talk with an accent) offered you 3 options at $7774, $10,502 and $16,690. All for different scopes of work and equipment. Yes we do work with Costco. Because of our reputation, and level of customer service, Lennox and Costco approached us over 5 years ago to be a part of their team. Per our records your furnace was installed in 1968. Furnaces typically last for 20 to 25 years. Your system appears to be 39 years old. I am confused why you think we are liars. You are the one who reached out to us for a proposal to replace your furnace! Here are notes from when you reached out to us 2/10/17: [xxxxxx currently has a furnace in the home which is from 1968 and does not work great, per xxxxx a "bad unit". No a/c in the home currently].

Description of Work: I initially called them because my air conditioning unit was spilling water out of the side of the condenser. The unit is located in the attic. The first technician misdiagnosed it has putting the thermostat very low (~50*). So we placed the thermostat at 70*, but it was still spilling water. So they sent a second technician to clean the coil & do service maintenance. By this time, most of the water had damaged the ceiling from water overflow. After repeated phone calls to their service dept. a supervisor was finally sent to the house. It turned out that there was nothing wrong with the unit & the condensation from the A/C was blocked by a piece of logo that fell in front of the drainage pipe. If they would have just opened the unit & follow the water flow, they would have figured that there was a blockage on the drainage pipe. They did send a person to fix the damaged ceiling & restore it to the original condition. However, it took a total of six visits, over 2 months, to get fix the problem.

(Member name removed), I have read your review and want to begin with my regret that the circumstances with your system at your rental property were exceptionally unusual. Water leaks in A/C systems can be caused by multiple issues such as setting the thermostat control too low, lack of maintenance, equipment past it's expected life span and improper installation (equipment logo should not be anywhere near a drain pan). Unfortunately in your case, you had all four of these going on. I'm glad to see that our team made sure to get the damage repaired quickly and at no charge. Also the additional visits to repair the multiple issues found were performed at no additional charge. We stand behind our work with integrity. We do still highly recommend replacing your old A/C equipment, starting a scheduled maintenance plan, and for you to move forward with the multiple safety concerns we found during our visit.
