Kevin came same day we spoke and quickly put our door back into working order. His work was excellent and he was very kind and helpful. This was not an emergency so we were very impressed with his responsiveness. We will use them again and recommend them.

The new lock matches perfectly. They were supposed to rekey locks so that I only have to use one key, but it was not done. I could have gone back but it wasn't that big of deal to me.

I brought the locks and deadbolts into to his shop in the late morning, by late afternoon they were all completed and they all worked. I would definitely go there again should the need arise.

Tony's came out on very short notice, which was most appreciated since I had to get to work. They were on time, and the work was done quickly.

Found them on Angies list, called them and set up an appointment the same day. They showed up a little early and went over my job with me. Then I got pulled away and had to walk away from our discussion. Came back and he was already done with my project. He then gave me some pointers on what to look for in certain locks, and what my options are as far as security. He educated me on a new lock and key system out there that he recommended I use. Gave me my bill, which was fair, and went on his way. Very professional guys.

The service went well; they were on time, courteous and professional. Several days later, we found that the keys were not working in the locks smoothly; they came back and quickly remedied the problem.

Very positive experience from booking the appointment (very pleasant person on phone), to locksmith that was sent. While previous job ran long and the locksmith was late for my appointment, they kept me posted on his progress. Once at my home, locksmith was very nice, got the job done in no time at all.

IT WAS A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. I CALLED THEM AND THEY WERE OUT HERE IN A MATTER OF HALF AN HOUR. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY HAD AHEAD OF ME, BUT I THOUGHT THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID HAVE A SENSE OF HUMOR.
