Coby and crew readjusted and cleaned three Milgard windows that were sticking. They are very professional, courteous and reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to refer them or hire them again.

Great! They also suggested I have the "clear view" screens on my back windows so nothing distracted from the great view we have. WOW. I didn't even know that existed and it looks great. They answered my call right away, we selected a date/time that was convenient for me. They showed up on time and the service tech was very professional, worked efficiently, the quote came out exactly as they said it would. They cleaned up after themselves, etc. Great experience. I am also having them return to install some custom retractable screens on my french doors.

The screen guy came out a week ago and fixed three screens. one window needed a re-visit due to the way it was built. Colby came out evaluated the window system and returned to his shop to see if he had the part. turned out he did and repaired it a few hours later. he was on time. filled me in on exactly what was happening and quoted me a fair price. we will use him again with no hesitation.

they arrived on time. they did not try to upsell anything. repaired what needed to be done with high quality screens and gave us a good quote on replacing the sliding door when we are ready to do so. it will be sooner than we planned because their price was excellent. they also gave us an awesome referral for a company that does shower glass repairs/installs.. we will use them again for sure and recommend them 100%. the office staff is friendly and responsive.

Coby DuBois is very skilled with anything related to screens. Coby and his crew also know everything about door maintenance and making sure everything is more energy efficient and protected from the rain. His wife Mia is fantastic to work with. Very professional with excellent communication skills. If you want a high quality job, call these guys for sure.

Called their office on Monday and the call was promptly returned and an appointment was scheduled. They arrived on time and quickly went over my needs and took a look at the windows. He actually told me the work I wanted would not be recommended, though it could be done, and then recommended an alternate choice. One that he does not do! Wow- That was refreshing. He suggested someone to contact that would be better suited to the project needs. I would not hesitate to contact and utilize the Screen Guy for any project they perform. Honest guys!

I have three criteria for evaluating contractors: (1) Do they return phone calls; (2) Do they show up on time; (3) Do they do what they say they are going to do for the agreed upon price. In the case of the Screen Guy, yes to all three.

They are providing great service and it is great quality. They are prompt and they have fulfilled their promises so far. I would definitely use them again.
