Checked with another company for a bid, and decided to give the job to him because of a substantially better price and he was willing to warranty the work for two years as opposed to one year from the other bidder.That is pretty good on a repair. Went out to do the repair in conditions that were less than perfect weather-wise i because he know heavy rains were in the forecast. Stephen Shelley Roofing was easy to work with from start to finish and I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Estimated cost of roof repair and did repair in a timely fashion.Even though I told him that I thought I would need a new roof. he thought the roof was in generally good condition and that a repair only would be more appropriate.
