We have given him long lists of tasks including faucet installation, lighting installation, dry wall repair, replacing all door handles, knobs and electrical switches and outlets. John is very professional and personable. He is always on time and lets you know what your costs will be. We definitely call him as soon as we need anything done at our house!

+ -1 moreJohn is a perfectionist. We handed him a list of jobs....he was here early and left late for 2 days. Awesome service! Great value for his bill. Left the house clean every evening and hauled away all the old stuff. #1 choice for home repairs!
Description of Work: John did everything! Took down very large mirrors from 3 bathrooms. Restored the walls to perfect condition.....expert painter and hung the new mirrors. Also, installed LED lights thought the house, did 10 other jobs. All with a smile and perfect work. We ill use him for everything around here.

Description of Work: A whole bunch of different jobs. Put up some outside and inside lights. Worked on hardware things like door handles, towel bar, etc. Many odd jobs.

+ -1 moreNothing happened. I asked for service and got nothing. On to other providers. I offered him another opportunity to work for an HOA and he declined. He is difficult to work with.
Description of Work: Nothing. I asked for an estimate on a rather small job. He provided the estimate which was acceptable, then called to cancel and I never heard from him again. I recently gave him another shot on another small project and he did not want to do it. Not great on communications.

I gave him a list of things that I needed done and he gave me estimates of what those would probably cost. He was quite persistent so when there is a problem that he couldn't quite figure out, he just continued until he figured it out.

He is fast, tidy, and thorough. His prices are very reasonable, and he's always happy too. I would recommend him wholeheartedly!

+ -1 moreI was very happy with the work that John did. He followed thru. He was pro-active. He was clean in the work he did. I would use him again.
Description of Work: Just moved into property and had variety of jobs. He double hung closets, took down a dining room lamp and installed a cover plate there, demo'd and hauled away garage cabinets, removed shower door enclosure in guest bath and filled holes, pressure washed the garage floor and driveway. In addition he told me that he knew about my kitchen cabinet doors and if i needed replacements he could get them for me. There were a number of doors that were peeling so i marked them off and he has ordered new doors and notified me within a week that he had the new doors and would install them for me this coming week. That job should cost around $400 including the doors.

Received a phone call days later from plumber (son of owner) who was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. He said he did not keep the appointment because there were no cars in front of my house. However, he did promise a full refund. Since then, no response to phone calls, email, and signed certified letter. Had to hire another plumbing company to complete job. No refund or contact since 4/22/10.
