Description of Work: "They replaced a part on my water heater under warranty 5/11/2015. Labor $120. The same part had to be replaced still under warranty 9/18/2015. Labor $180. Mark co-owner told me the extra charge was because the tech had to pick up the |part and do paper work for the warranty. |If anyone is looking for a plumber I hope they will consider what happened to me. I will never use them again."

+ -1 moreI was out of town on business when my wife called to tell me we had no hot water. Mark had done some work for us when we where remodeling out laundry room. He does high quality work, is prompt and he cleans up. I called him first thing. He needed some information on the water heater (size, BTU). I asked that he call my 13 year old son and have him read the information on the tank. Once Mark had the information, he called me back with a recommendation on a quality, energy efficient unit. I gave him the go ahead. He was out to the house in a few hours and did his usual high quality job.
Description of Work: Replaced water heater.
