+ 4 moreWe got estimates from several general contractors and then opted to have Dave and Palazzo homes manage subcontractors and we just paid Dave a monthly project management fee. The results are fantastic. Dave is conscientious, has great rapport with the subcontractors, is very responsive and does quality work. I estimate we saved over $100,000 (based on the bids from the general contractors) and finished the job earlier than we would have with a general. Plus, at the end of the project, Dave was a friend and we would hire him again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: We did a complete rebuild of our home, took it down to the studs. New concrete floors and pads, extensive framing and beam additions (to meet earthquake code), new roof, all floors, all drywall, all exterior, all electrical, most plumbing, added a half bath, complete new kitchen and 2 existing baths completely redone.
