OC Premiere Housecleaning & Concierge

I have been a client of Mary's since 1986. Back then, I was a working mom of 3 small children. She (or her wonderful teams) came to my house weekly. As the kids grew, our needs changed, and we've had them come twice a month ever since. The crews have taken excellent consistent care, as well as making sure the basic cleaning leaves our home sparkling and smelling fresh. Of course, after 30 years, we've had many changes to the schedule, and Mary is always quick to take care of all of our customer service needs. I've referred Orange County Premiere to a co-worker, and now they clean for them and their children! I can't say how much I appreciate being able to trust someone with our home for so many years.

Did a great job, on time and professional

They are very professional, responsive, and friendly.

I was given an arrival window of 1-3. They did not arrive until 3:35 with no call letting me know they would be late. Cleaning was mediocre at best. It was obvious my hall bath floor was not mopped. All that was done in the kitchen is the stainless Steele surfaces were wiped. Stove and counters were not touched. I have a laundry room with a counter and sink that needed to be wiped or dusted and nothing was touched.

Some confusion on arrival time, but all went well after they got here. House was clean when they were finished.

Except for a mix-up on starting time, everything went well.

I felt WONDERFUL, FANTASTIC & JOYFUL when we were done. I felt like I could Breeeeath again because the areas we worked on were Clutter Free🎉 and I was so Thankful! I'm scheduling for another appointment very soon. Mary is a delightful person who really seemed to care about me as a person and really wanted me to be clutter free so that would be a stress off my chest. I love that she gave me ideas on organizing and staying clutter free.

The wife and I are highly satisfied with the thoroughness the entire crew showed, including the person in charge. House was cleaned thoroughly.

They did a wonderful job, were highly efficient and I would highly recommend them and use them in the future.

She was very thorough washing down all the shelves, even lying on the floor to get at one cabinet. In my pantry I had moths so we looked all the packages and put them in plastic bags or threw away the ones that looked infested. Today we cleaned out a large cupboard in a hallway. It contained books, school supplies, art supplies, wrapping paper and bags. There was also just a bunch of junk. She helped to put the similar items together. We also threw about 4 kitchen bags off stuff I no longer need. It is great to have a clean cabinet with some space in it. I know what is in the cabinet and where to find it.

Any cleaning crew that is sent always asks what you would like done that day. They clean thoroughly and have always left my house sparkling.

My closet was a disorganized mess, so I called out OC Premiere to help me put my life in order. Mary and Rosy came out, worked hard, and color \ season coordinated my clothes, switched out the hangers, and gave me great ideas on how to arrange shoes, scarves and handbags. It's such a relief to walk into my organized closet and find just what I need to be at work on time. I've set up a time for the ladies to start work on my kitchen next!

They were so nice and polite, and were able to figure things out on their own - all while getting it done quickly. Our house is clean and organized. Mary is very nice and easy to deal with. I will definitely be using them again.

Mary cleaned the following areas in my 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1,000 square foot apartment: 1. Mopped wood floors & baseboards throughout 2. Degreased kitchen cabinets & inside of the oven 3. Cleaned inside the refrigerator 4. Organized utility cabinets 5. Vacuumed carpets 6. Thoroughly cleaned bathrooms 7. Dusted and polished all furniture 8. Cleaned windows & mirrors

We did not receive any services. They just wasted our time by not letting us know they didn't want to do the work.

It took a while to get a call back and the cleaners were late arriving.

They really did a poor job of cleaning. In the bathroom, they failed to clean the entire height of the door (you could easily see that they made no attempt to clean the upper 5 inches of the shower door as I guess they don't carry a step stool. There were other areas of the bathroom that also reflected that they didn't put in the effort to clean this area. In the kitchen the counter tops had "make believe" or youngster type cleaning, meaning they didn't go around the counter appliances. Don't waste your money with these people. Sorry, but I really didn't see that they did much. We have used other cleaners before and each of them did far more work and would clean other areas of the house as well.

The provider at first was apprehensive since I was giving short notice. I had already bought the coupon in advance but she told me that it was meant to generate repeat business, not for a one time job. In her experience cleaning up after move outs are the most difficult and she wasn't able to see it beforehand to give me a quote. She was willing to reimburse me. I told her I really needed to get the place cleaned and I was running out of options. She decided to send her people out anyway. The next day we moved out and left the state on vacation. To be honest I have no idea what was done. All I know for sure is my apartment was always nit-picky about everything and I got my entire deposit back.

Two employees cane during the 2-hour window I was emailed. They were professional and dedicated. They did a good job.

The workers were okay, but the owner was a little weird. She is a little bit fightsy. They were fine. The company is fair. My house is very high end. They were polite. Their work was fine. One of the workers accidently scratched my stainless steel cooktop and I reported it to the owner. She didn't say anything. There was nothing she could have done and that cooktop is very expensive. The price was fair. They were a little bit late, but they couldn't find the house.
