+ -1 moreWent great. Did not need a service done at the time from them but he referred me to a very knowledgeable technician.
Description of Work: My pool had a leak while I was on the road. I looked online and found OC pool cleaning service and spoke to Joe. He didn't hesitate to offer to drive by my house to inspect the situation, calm me down and offer up some solutions to fix the problem. This was late afternoon on a Friday and I am not a current customer however he went out of his way to treat me as a loyal customer of many years. Kudos to Joe and OC pool cleaning/service. I look forward to working with them in the future.
