Description of Work: Dana seems like a REALLY good guy. Luckily, he determined within minutes that a plumber previously on our property had opened two of our sprinkler drip valves and left them on. Only put the monetary value in, because that is how much a house call costs. Dana gave us a huge break. Do try him out.

OC Leak and Detection assessed the situation and quickly determined the source of the problem. The valve for the pipe that provides water to the refrigerator ice maker had broken and caused a lot of water damage to the floor and cabinets. After determining the source of the water leak, they worked with my insurance to ensure maximum coverage by my insurer, then performed all the remediation and removal of damaged flooring, cabinets, etc. It was a very stressful situation for me but OC Leak and Detection took care of everything very quickly and professionally and I only needed to pay my insurance deductible for the remediation work.
Description of Work: Found source of leak in kitchen and provided all remediation work to address the situation.
