Eric was a blessing in disguise! Just purchased a townhome that had a very outdated breaker box from the mid 1970's which was a concern on the home inspection report. Also, we had flickering lights throughout the home. Eric made the process so simple explaining each detail and process to me along the way. I feel like he went above & beyond for this job as other things kept popping up along the way such as loose or dead outlets that needed to be replaced. Eric also added GFCI's throughout the home as they were never in place. I now feel safer having my family move-in following his quality of work.
