I contacted contactor via telephone for the purpose of acquiring an estimate for installing a retrofit sliding glass patio door in the rear of my home. Made two attempts to contact the provider; both times no response. Left messages each time. Gave plenty of time for contractor to reply. Finally gave up and went with a contractor that I had used in the past.
Description of Work: Attempts were made to contact provider but provider never did respond.

The Contractor’s Father suffered a Stroke and we opted to shut down in order to tend to our family’s grave medical situation. An extended leave message should have conveyed our temporary hours. It went very well. Raul, the tile installer, did a fantastic job. They showed up on time, mostly, and worked all day. His prices are little high but the work is quality.
Description of Work: We had a water leak, which ruined our wood flooring. 800 sq feet of walnut flooring had to come up and travertine was installed.
