+ 0 moreJeff responded promptly, completed the yard cleanup well, let me know what needed to be done on an ongoing basis. The absentee owner decided not to sell the property and has since hired Jeff for ongoing yard maintenance. In addition, I have referred him to another investor client, for whom he did a substantial amount of yard work, plus interior painting. He needs to have a clear deadline, but is responsive to clear direction. I will hire him again.
Description of Work: I had a listing for a vacant triplex. The owner had been away for about 2 months so everything was pretty overgrown. It was obvious that the place was empty. I wanted it to show well, in addition to discouraging vandalism or other mischief.
