John and Alfredo did a great job on our home. They diligently worked with our other contractors to complete the project working together.

I'd give them a 4.5 out of 5, if I could give 'half stars'. I had the ceilings scraped, refinished, and painted, as well as some walls (2-story/loft style).They were great. Very willing to work with my budget. Communication from them was great. Willing to add some things onto the project that I didn't think they could, like removing a chimney housing, and replacing a smoke detector. The only thing I would suggest is for their team to just spend 5 minutes before driving away to make sure everything is tidied up, but they came back the next day and fixed it. John seemed willing to do what it took to make sure I was happy.

Came when we were told. Ready to give estimate answered ALL questions. Was most impressed that John took off shoes before entering our home! To us that showed respect for our home. He was ready to give estimate that day and before he left we had estimate in our hand with all the information we needed about insurance, warranties, colors, expectations, prices. The gentlemen doing the work arrived on time. They introduced themselves upon arrival. They were always considerate of me, and my dogs needs (when the gate needed to be open for the men to carry out equipment and my dogs needed to use the bathroom). The workers cleaned up DAILY!

My painter was great, quiet, neat and my room came out spectacular. I went from blue to chili pepper red. Gorgeous!

John Logsdon was there for me at the begining and stayed with me for the total project! I have a 2 story all wood old beach house that needed lots of TLC and now it has a complete makeover at a competitive price! The team was great good and fast and at the end when I ask for the lead to return to do some touch up they were right there to make sure I was happy with the finished work. yes I would use them again and yes I would recommend them to my family!

First of all, I received excellent advice regarding the choice of texture to use on my ceilings. I was also able to have IM Painting use the type of paint I chose, rather than being limited. The owner answered all of my questions and was very responsive. This was my first time with this type of project, and I was made to feel comfortable with the process. The staff who did the job were friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and careful. They all made certain I was pleased with the final product. I have already recommended IM Painting and will continue to do so.
