Description of Work: They replaced all of the insides of the toilet and worked on the handle so that the toilet handle went all the way up and the flush would shut down. |They did a good job.

Description of Work: I needed a leak detection done for slab leak and capping off leaking supply line on both ends. The "leak detection" process was done with the guy putting his ear to the walls, with no equipment. He decided to bust through the cabinet sink below instead of going through the adjacent drywall, which produced a massive hole in the cabinet frame underneath. That was not very appealing in the end for now I have a gaping ugly hole in the wood frame below. Drywalling the other side of the wall would've been much easier and cost-effective. Some cabinets doors were removed, and then put back together incorrectly for they would not shut properly anymore. This plumbing company was recommended by Kade Restoration and Kade did a poor job on the water remediation. That's another review I need to make.

Description of Work: I used Greenwall Plumbing Heating and Air just yesterday for plumbing services. Someone broke the main water line coming to my unit and they had to repair the main water line.

+ -1 moreCalled Greenwall per a friends recommendation. They came out and actually hydro-jetted for 30 minutes. The short time and low amount of work was due to faulty equipment (hydro-jet had low pressure) which they fixed after 1.5hrs on the phone. Just as I was going to complain at the price vs work when Tom told me he would come out to do additional work for free to compensate for the equipment problems. So when it came time to do the compensating work, Tom referred me to another plumber whom told me there was a charge . I am not saying Greenwall damaged my drains, or did not notice that the hydro-jetter had a problem, it just is too-little work for the price and being passed-off was unprofessional.
Description of Work: Ask Greenwall to hydro-jet my landscape drains. We agreed on 3 hours of work for $275.00 which was fair.
