I cannot recommend Doug and his crew highly enough! They did a fantastic job painting the exterior of the house. They were very detail-oriented, and went the extra mile to take care of any issues the house needed to have fixed pre-painting, such as pulling off rotten wood and replacing it with fresh wood, and filling in holes and gaps in the roof overhang with caulk. They made sure everything was sealed up and replaced if needed, before painting began. As the job progressed, they carefully covered all patio flooring, windows, etc. I could not believe how clean and tidy they were. We have not found even one stray splatter of paint anywhere. We appreciated this very much as we had just had new patio flooring and a patio covering put in, but Doug and his team carefully did not let any stray paint land where it shouldn't be. They cleaned up exceptionally well each night while on the job. Doug did a few extra things we did not pay for or expect, like painting some of the window metal frames, that very much enhanced the look of the house. It is clear that Doug is a perfectionist and he goes above and beyond what the contract lists to make sure his job is a job well done. We were very pleased to find this level of customer service can still be found - it is rare these days. We feel very lucky that we found Doug and D & R Quality Coatings to paint our house!
