The tech was on time, very knowledgeable, and did exactly what he said he would. The pricing was great I had another company quote me 3 times as much. I am a customer for life

+ -1 moreI was impressed that they knew that wool carpets should be steam cleaned only. I gave him the sizes and he gave me a price, and that is what they charged. The doorways were protected from the hoses. The service took about an hour. and every thing was neat and clean when they left.
Description of Work: I had them steam clean 3 area wool carpets. When I told him that the carpets were wool, he said that they would need to be steam cleaned. The carpets were taken to the patio area where the service was done. Most of the moisture was vacuumed out.
