Excellent response and follow up to my phone call. Was punctual and on time. Very professional and efficient, and knows his business. Gave excellent information on processes to keep carpets clean. Very honest and did not try to sell me what I did not need. Prices were very fair. Good experience and I would recommend his services.

If there is one thing I have come to learn over the years of having Dean's services it's that he performs his work very well and takes pride in what he does. All the services he has offered have proved to be very beneficial and cost effective. On this particular visit We had our master bedroom, hall, stairs and kids room cleaned. The carpet is over 5 years old and was a very expensive purchase but over the years with having kids and animals it has started to fade. I can see the professional cleanings Dean has provided have extended the years of life to our carpet and for that we are ever so grateful. He also gives us some free deodorizer to combat the smells of what has gone into the carpet since his last cleaning. Before Dean we tried some of those other carpet cleaners such as Stanley Steemer only to find that the quote that was given over the phone would be doubled after having the services provided and the carpet and upholstery was left wet for what seemed like days. We are glad to have found a real professional that has the years of knowledge and experience to get the job done right and at a fair price.
