California Dreamin Pool and Spa Service

Tom Barnum personally services my spa plus another pool and spa at a property I manage. I can rely on Tom to always arrive when agreed and clean the spas and the pool thoroughly. Tom is willing to do the extra service when we have high winds or additional cleaning for special occasions. Tom is very personable and loves all the pets he encouters. I plan on using Tom on another property I manage. I highly recommend California Dreamin Pool and Spa Service to anyone looking for quality work and not a quick brush and go by someone employed by others who is in a hurry.

Tom could not be better suited to run a pool business . . he is knowledgeable, technically (knows what he is doing), but we were most impressed with his and quot;customer serviceand quot; skills! I can see why his business is growing! Our pool is now clean and beautiful and we will certainly use it more this winter, I'm sure. Also, I must add that Tom did not charge us for the extra work that was required to and quot;train meand quot; on ways to save money on energy use . . . that's the kind of and quot;extra serviceand quot; (really caring about the customer) that seems to be missing in the pool service business these days. We are happy new customers! Tom obviously loves what he is doing and we love California Dreamin!!!

Tom at California Dreamin' has been cleaning my pool weekly for well over a year - probably closer to two years. He does a great job, and the pool always looks good. Tom is a really nice guy who is happy to deal with my dogs. He takes care to ensure the dogs are contained when he enters the gate and is really good with them. If there's an issue with anything related to his visit (stuck latch on gate, etc.), he takes care of it. Very conscientious and trustworthy. I've had three pool cleaners in the past 5 years including Tom. Of those three, I'd recommend Tom and California Dreamin hands down.

Honestly, I can't say enough about Tom Barnum from California Dreamin' Pool and Spa Service. He is extremely professional, punctual, knowledgeable, his rates are reasonable, and it is obvious that he takes great care with his work. He leaves our pool spotless every week, no matter what the condition. Tom is an excellent communicator - if he ever needs to take a week off, he always let's us know well in advance, and makes arrangements to have it taken care of as if he was never absent. Tom always goes the extra mile. I am home with two young kids, and he always makes a point to say hello, and even helps me with my trash cans on trash day when my hands are full. His personality is infectious, and he always makes us smile. I am sure that there are plenty of fine pool service people out there, but Tom is definitely a cut above the rest in all aspects, and we will be retaining his services as long as he is in business.
