It went very well

Added hardwood floor to prior original floor. Both floors were installed |by Beach Hardwood. Excellent work and trustworthy workers.Highly recommend Beach Hardwood for installing beautiful floors. Workers were prompt and any cleanup was thorough.

Everything went great. Because the work was a small job it was scheduled as a fill-in job over a three day period. Jim was very good and knowledgeable and explained everything as the process was taking place. Their equipment all had vacuums and dust collectors attached so there was virtually no dust floating around as the worked. Carol was always responsive to questions and called us to give us arrival times for Jim and his assistant. The only thing we didn't know until the end of the work when we paid was that Beach Hardwoods does not take credit cards, only checks (or cash). We paid by check which was not a problem. I do like those airline and hotel points though.

Simply great. It was just dumb luck that we found Beach Hardwood and we are certainly glad we did. Carol and Joe are a dream to work with and their crew is fast, kind and professional. The finished product looks amazing and they stayed on budget and under timeline. We would not hesitate to use them again for flooring install.

Joe McLeod, the company president, was present to oversee most of the work. He is knowledgeable and professional. They did great work and were very pleasant.

The estimator was punctual ,friendly and offered many selections and suggestions to make my flooring unique and very special. The work was exquisite and the installers did wood artistry. I was very pleased with their work and I can show off my floors.

This is an excellent business and very good people to work with. Joe spent a lot of time with us to help specify the job scope, explaining how the floor would be installed, identified potential issues, and made recommendations regarding material selection. Quotes/estimates were well thought out and complete. We had problems with our general contractor so the time between the quote and job start was long and Joe/Carol worked with us during a trying process and helped with a number of issues that were beyond their scope. Scheduling of the job was done very well and started on time. Carol in the office is superb in managing the job, in communication, and on the paperwork side. The material delivered and used on the job was as specified, including adhesive and sealing products. The team on the job was very experienced and did very high quality work. They maintained a clean work environment and were professional and respectful in dealing with my family. The work had a high attention to detail and they would spend the time to make sure the job was done to a high quality level, even if it required additional work or something to be redone. Final quality of the work was excellent and the team came back for a final clean up of the floor. I am confident that this company will stand behind the life of this product. Billing, payment, etc all went fine.

THEY NOTICED AREAS THAT I MISSED AND BROUGHT IT TO MY ATTENTION. THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY WERE VERY NICE. THEY CLEANED UP WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED AND THEY CAME BACK RIGHT AWAY WHEN I SAID THERE WAS A PROBLEM.
