+ 0 moreEric is very professional. Eric advised me on the proper values, fixtures and drains. Warned me of possible hiccups if I selected one type over the other. After selection, we discovered complications with the location of the drain vent and my shower design. He spoke with my shower contractor and arranged to be here on the same day to make sure he installed the plumbing at the right depth for the tile setters and that the drain vent pipes were put in the right location. He is very detailed oriented which I loved! He never assumed anything and made sure his work matched my expectations. He showed up on time, is very clean and was a pleasure to have on the job. He gave me a high and low quote and the final bill was not shocking. :-) If I have any future plumbing needs... I will call him!
Description of Work: Eric rebuilt and redesigned the plumbing in the master bathroom; ran new 3/4 inch copper pipes, added accu-temp value and two showerheads, new drain and reran the drain and drain vent. He set my new toilet, pedistal sink and faucets. Eric also fixed the guest bathroom when I had an emergency. He was wonderful to drop everything and come over when my other shower would not turn off. It was so nice to have one shower working!
