+ -1 moreWe were considering the purchase of a 1960's home in Westminster that had an old swimming pool. We asked Alderete Pools to do the inspection and give us some estimates on adding a spa and updating the current pool and all the systems. Ray Alderete did the inspection, walked us through the layout of the old pool and its systems, discussed prices and processes needed to update the pool. We liked Ray's punctuality, knowledge, and candid talk. Although we eventually decided that the house was not to our satisfaction to continue through the purchase, we were very happy to have Alderete Pools help us understand what was involved in order to help us budget and make an informative decision during the home buying process.
Description of Work: Home buyer's pool inspection and estimates to repair and upgrade.

+ 0 moreRay is a wonderful gentleman. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him, as he was warm, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable. We are looking forward to pursuing the project with him.
Description of Work: Ray (owner) came to our home to survey the property and begin the process of planning our entire makeover, including adding pool and spa, entertainment areas, etc. No money exchanged hands yet, as Ray will be returning with final bid on the project once the plans are approved.

+ 0 moreeverything has gone perfectly. We had a horrible experience with another company so we are going into this cautiously.
Description of Work: They are the best we have talked to regarding installing a new pool. They showed upcon time, had great ideas, are to to date on the newest technology and trends. They even referred us to a designer to spec out the job and they will pay for it. Good company and look forward to next summers swim parties!
