Wizard Plumbing and Drain

This could have been a huge, messy problem but in two days Mo and his excellent crew were out to fix it. We were all so impressed with their work ethic, problem solving ability, and courtesy. And their price was fair. I give them my highest recommendation.

They turned on the water. The guys were all very professional and pleasant and I was not charged. A very nice experience and I am a bit embarrassed but grateful. I would definitely call them again.

I got estimate for install of two owner-provided toilets. Wizard wanted $250 per toilet which is TWICE as much as the $125 estimate from a plumber who came out via our home warranty provider. I hired a general contractor who installed toilet for $75 and it only took him 30 mins. Get more than two estimates! Plumbing cost and quality can vary a lot. The Wizard estimator was on time and polite but it took one full week for the estimate to arrive via email.

Amazing! We are converts from another company who came out but did not help and charged up the wahzoo! Wizard was perfect and fixed our problem within an hour. They even cleaned up and put my rugs back in place. Really professional and very knowledgeable. Even included me in the process and showed me everything on the camera and explained it all very carefully and then again to my husband who came in later. Thank you SOOO much. Toilet clogs gone! We can live a normal life again.

Installation was difficult because of the design of the toilet and the age of my house. Mark was able to make the old water source work with no alteration to the wall. It was such a pleasure working with Mark, he is always happy and upbeat. His entire staff reflects his positive attitude. It is refreshing to find a company that will give you value for your money! I highly recommend Wizard Plumbing, have used them before and will again.

New ABS pipes were installed. After 3 back-ups over a period of 4 months, Wizard Plumbers did a camera inspection as well as went into our crawl space under our home to identify the problem. They found the problem. They scheduled to repair it the following day. Freddy and Francisco came the following day, spent approximately 6 hours under our home removing the old pipe and replacing it with the new ABS pipe. Very professional work, explained each step, took photos, and cleaned up after themselves. They put a warranty on their work. Highly recommend.

I called Wizard Plumbing on Valentine's Day to report a back up. A team of two plumbers (Steven and Ryan) arrived within 3 hours. They quickly diagnosed the problem and surveyed the property to check access points. Steven cleared the obstruction and showed me where the incursion was taking place. He made a recommendation and offered an estimate to replace the mainline to the sewer. He also replaced a fill-valve for our other commode - which had become unreliable. The work was completed within 2 hours and Steven and Ryan were meticulous when entering and exiting the house and cleaned the area around the commode before resetting it. Prompt, professional service - we will call on Wizard Plumbing and Drain for any future needs.

Very professional. Arrived late, but called in advance to say they were running late. Fixed problem, and explained issue. Would highly recommend them. Very professional.

There's nothing more irritating that setting aside two hours of your time during the work week for an appointment from a and quot;service provider,and quot; just to have them no-show. I don't mind if a company gives you a two-hour window and their guy is running late and you get a phone call explaining. It's a little annoying, but things happen... I understand. At least they're communicating about it. But when you arrange your day around THEIR two-hour window and they not only don't show up but also don't call to explain, it's just rude and disrespectful. Not a sound way to do business. Thanks for no service and for wasting my time!

I contacted Wizard and scheduled an appointment to get an estimate. I received a call from the office that Steven was running late because he was still on his previous job. We rescheduled for later in the day and he arrived promptly within the service window and apologized for not making it earlier. He went right under the house to look at the pipe, gave me an estimate and encouraged me to get other estimates. He was a nice guy, very professional and polite. Steven came back out today to do the work. He and Pablo went right to work and finished within 2.5 hours. Again, Steven was very professional, polite and just a really nice guy. I would not hesitate to call Wizard again.

When I called Steven to let him know we had selected him, he was able to come out the next day. He arrived on time and went to work. The new water heater is working perfectly. He reinstalled the comfort system, and it's working great for us. Even in our furthest faucet, the water is immediately warm and heats up fairly quickly. I will definitely call Wizard first for any future plumbing needs.

The repair was completed within 35 minutes of me making the call. Personable, professional guy, quick well done repair...couldn't ask for a much better experience, really!

Steve again showed up on time to do the work, and stuck to his estimate. The astonishing thing was when he made a mistake and broke a pipe - he straight-up told me that it was his fault and that he would fix it, and that it required going through some drywall. When he realized the patch would be a bigger job than what he was equipped to do, he told me he would call someone to get it fixed. Since he was so honest, I offered to split the drywall repair cost with him. He declined, saying it was his fault. I was in shock, and I offered again. He again declined. When it came time to pay, his total charge was less than his original estimate. He did a great job with the re-piping. My parents have needed to have all of the pipes replaced at their house for several years; I told them to look no further than Steve at Wizard Plumbing. I would be happy to have Steve handle this job, and will be sure to refer my friends as well. I cannot recommend Steve Evans (Wizard Plumbing) more highly.

I've used these guys twice so far and will continue to do so for any plumbing needs. They are the nicest people you could ever hope to work with. Easy to get a hold of, manage to accommodate me whatever the time or day is, really fair, courteous and honest. My seeming disaster where nothing was draining in my house turned out to be no big deal, they fixed it right up. So I used them again for my toilet installation, was again very happy with how everything went.

Steve and Mark with Wizard are fantastic. We initially hired them to help us locate our city clean out as it was buried somewhere in the front lawn. However, as it is with older homes, roots had invaded our sewer line and we had to install a new one. The quote for the new sewer line, city and house clean out and the permit was very competitive compared to other plumbers we had spoken to over the years. The job was completed quickly and the work was top notch. Highly recommend Wizard and we plan on hiring them again for additional plumbing needs we have.
