Peter saved my marriage. I was going to tackle this project myself but wisely chose to look for someone to install a new kitchen faucet. Peter was on time, polite and persevered to remove the old pesky corroded pipes and replace it with a lovely new version sink with spray nozzle. I’m definitely bringing him back to correct a few more items.

A window needed to be boarded up. I sent him a couple of pictures pertaining to the conditions of the window. Peter provided a quote over the phone. When Peter came out to do the work, what initially appear to be a straight forward job required more time than expected. First, the window frame and sash were dry-rotted. Instead of nailing a plywood board to cover the window, Peter drill a couple of holes near the center of the plywood board, using bolts and nuts, the board was attached to a 2 x 4 piece of wood that was attached to the window frame on the other side of the window. In addition, since the plywood can be seen from the street, Peter painted the plywood so that it was not too distracting when seen from the street. He did not have to paint it and I did not ask Peter to do so. He went ahead and took the initiative to do so. Bottomline, Peter took the time to do the job right and went the extra step to paint the plywood board. Though the job took significantly more time than initially estimated, Peter did not charge extra and honored the quote the he had provided.

Peter did a great job in a very timely way. He charged a very fair price. He was clean and very neat. Very personal and professional. I will call him again when I need plumbing, electrical work again.

He showed up on time. Had all the tools he needed. Work spaces were left in immaculate order. Answered all my questions. Dressed appropriately and was extremely polite. The screen door was very complicated and he never got rattled or upset.i would hire him any time I need anything done.
