Their kitchen and bath department is excellent. Christine stands out in particular. She is very customer service oriented, creative, and really cares about the projects. She is a very talented designer. She is just great. Their pricing is decent. They are not the cheapest. The biggest cost was buying the kitchen cabinets and they had several different lines there. You can get quality cabinetry form them. They also have very convenient hours. I would not do a remodel any other way. You are not just limited to what is on the shelf. Any department can look up the things you want. I am very pleased. You can also get very customized items from them.

They were fine but they were too expensive. They were pretty good. They were on time and very professional. I would use them in the future.

I went in for a carpet estimate. I had to pay $30 for a measurement and $30 for them to MAIL me a sample of one carpet. The sample took 3 weeks to get here. Impossible to tell what you are getting from the little bitty samples that they provide. By the time the sample finally got here I already had better carpet ordered CHEAPER from another vendor. Not a good experience.

We decided to go with them because they were going to do it in the time that we required. They did a good job. Their appearance and the way they went about their work were all fine. We would consider using them again in the future if the need arose.

Overall, the interaction was good. The man who came had great experience. There were some small issues, but he was knowledgeable and helpful. I think getting a quote from this company would be okay.

It was great. The project went off without any problems.

I would never use them again because they subcontract portions of the work. They sent someone to measure the kitchen and they were supposed to lift up the old vinyl to see what was underneath. They actually told me that I needed to test the floor but they never told me that I had to test what was underneath it. Basically, I had to do the round of tests twice and it delayed the whole project.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE FINAL LOOK OF MY CABINETS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND PLEASANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING UP, AND OVERALL JUST DID A GOOD JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY.

THE SALESMAN AT THE HOME DEPOT WAS VERY HELPFUL. I WAS REMODELING TWO BEDROOMS AND NEEDED TO REPLACE THE CARPET. THEY ARE CHILDREN'S ROOM SO I WANTED SOMETHING DURABLE. I ALSO WANTED A GOOD PAD. THE CARPET WAS ORDERED AND INSTALLED IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. EVERYONE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.
