They were very good, the people that came out were very professional and the guy who was in-charge on that work could see things that I think other people could have missed and had to deal with it on the spot rather than being able to plan for it. For example like how big the piece was and how well they could put it in place, we have 90 or 80 tiles come out of angles and they had to do some interesting things to get it look nice and having thought that out ahead of time really helped. It is a little high-end but for our house that was required, I just got them come by here and just to it for a couple of thousand. The kitchen countertop cost about $5000, it was quartz which is kind of nice. It is of high-end material and the work required for it to be done correctly because of all the angles that we have. It took longer to put up the backsplash to lay the counter on. The one we've picked is what we need and we kind of busted our budget on that. The work that they did, the installation and all was really done, they were really clean, they cleaned up after themselves and we didn't get some tile out of there, they managed to get that out without making a huge mess. For the price, I really can't say too much because I don't have anything to compare it to but I'm satisfied with what I've got and I thought it was a fair price given the amount of work they have to put in to doing it. We had to wait a while because this is the only American company that makes this stuff and they were expanding their operation, they have to shut down their operations for a while so we have to wait about a month and a half to get the materials but it all worked out in the end and we thought it was worth the wait. One time they were late, they were caught in traffic and he called ahead of time saying he was about 20 minutes wait so there's no problem with that. They were there when they said they would be there.

Wonderful experience. On time, on schedule, and on price. They placed some new stone counters on top of our formica counters. It looks great and matches wonderfully. The installer had some great suggestions as he measured--all of which we welcomed! We have used them before in the last few months. The covered some formica large scale tables with stone ($6000). There were intricate cuts around a top mount sink and outlets and switches. We will gladly use them again. Their no hassle, no problem attitude was outstanding. When one of the counters would not permit the drawers to open, they fixed it immediately without complaint! I cannot say enough good things about this contractor. I wish every vendor I dealt with was as professional and easy to work with.

We went with The Countertop Store because they had competitive pricing and are more or less partnered with their neighbors, Quesco Cabinetry, who we'd decided to order the kitchen cabinets from. They share information so it was nice to not have to manage two relationships. Everyone at The Countertop Store were helpful, kind, and professional. They gave me a couple of pieces of practical advice. The install looks amazing - you can barely see the seams in the pieces of quartz. All in all a painless lovely experience and the counters look great!

The did a very quick and very nice job, they were always on time. We are very pleased with the product. We had a little bit of a problem not induced by them and they came back out and showed us how to resolve the problem. It was good service and the price was competitive. We had a very good experience.

Great, they came out to measure and then installed in half the time of another local fabricator. Very professional and beautiful workmanship.

All work was competed on time with minimal disruption. The office manager and the installer were helpful, friendly and professional.

Did not use this company since they had such great difficulty in providing an estimate quickly.

Fast, Punctual, easy to work with, provided email quotes. Diamond Certified. We'll use them when it comes to replace the kitchen countertop. Their price for reattaching the faucet was too high, so we'll use our plumber. Excellent showroom.
