NOT GREAT.
Description of Work: THEY DIDN'T PERFORM FOR MY COUNTER TOP AND MADE ME WAIT FOR 2 MONTH. THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIVE AT ALL.

It’s difficult to marshall sufficient superlatives to describe how well both estimate and execution were performed by TDM’s crew. Every person involved was absolutely first rate. The result is simply beautiful and the experience was delightful - on-time, exquisite craftsmanship, excellent communications, with good humor to boot. How do you spell "totally satisfied customer"? The “customers” in this instance are disabled 80 year olds, so the courtesy and craftsmanship were especially welcome. This is a family firm, so be prepared to meet 3 Tony's: father, son and nephew as well as some other expert employees
Description of Work: 1. Visited TDM's (as in Tony Della Morte) impressive showroom on recommendation of Artistic Tile in San Carlos 2. Estimator visited our home 3. Negotated scope of the work 4. Chose granite from Artistic 5. Countertops measured for templates 6. Demo of 45 year-old ceramic tile counters; templates precisely adjusted for fabricating counters 7. Visited TDM to see specific selection of cutting "sites" to approve resulting patterns 8. Installation . . . a watrchmaker couldn't have done it better!
