+ -1 moreI wanted to confirm the location of the property line on the West side of my residential lot for a future fence installation. As I had scheduled installation of a new fence on the North side of the lot to start in about a week, I asked MacLeod and Associates to complete their survey work as soon as possible (to confirm the NW corner of the lot). Even though they said they would need a couple of weeks to complete the work, to which I agreed, they completed the survey within a few days-in time for the North-side fence.
Description of Work: Set markers on West property line.

+ -1 moreCALLED THEM UP ON THE PHONE, GOT A QUICK QUOTE AND THEY COMPLETED THE SURVEY PROMPTLY. THEY SUGGESTED THE 'HOUSE LOCATION PLAN' AS OPPOSED TO A LOT SURVEY. BOTH HAD THE SAME INFORMATION BUT THE LOCATION PLAN COSTS LESS (SOMETHING TO DO WITH HAVING TO REGISTER THE SURVEY RESULTS WITH THE COUNTY).
Description of Work: PRODUCE A HOUSE LOCATION PLAN NEEDED FOR A PLANNING PERMIT APPLICATION NEEDED FOR A SECOND FLOOR ADDITION TO A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE.
