It went GREAT. When Alex Lehr says that he will handle everything, he means it. This is a family-run company which values customer service and satisfaction. Alex listens to what your goals are and helps you achieve them. His company does all the grunt work so that you don't have to worry about anything. He will outline all the necessary work that needs to be done before listing, and then present a time line for achieving this. There are no surprises. He updates you on any work that is done. When our property hit the MLS, Alex juggled all the inquiries about our building and then provided us with a summary of the prospective buyers, listing the pros and cons of their offers. He was very accessible by cell phone to answer any of our questions or concerns. Alex Lear is a great guy and Lehr Real Estate is a great company to turn to from beginning to end for your real estate needs.
