+ -1 moreThey were understanding because it was a rental property, the people in the in front unit did not lock their door so they had to show up a second time. They could have charged us more but they did not. They were late the second time but they did come back.

+ -1 moreThey cleaned the windows and removed some old paint splatter. They got all the dust and cobwebs down. They changed all the lightbulbs as well for free. The owner was here the whole time. He has owned the business for 20 years. He is incredibly friendly and knowledgable. The windows look fantastic. I thought it would take more than 1 day but it took only half the day. They did not leave any mess at all. The house is three stories tall and probably 80 feet from ground to the top where they were cleaning the windows and changing the lights. They also removed all the screens and cleaned them. As we did a walk around if we saw anything that was missed they went back and fixed it.
Description of Work: They did the inside and outside of the windows in a house that is over 5,000 square feet.
