DA VINCI MARBLE

We had really strong ideas on what we wanted to achieve in our kitchen and bathrooms. We went to da Vinci on the recommendation of JB tile and stone in redwood city. Janelle was extremely helpful. Responsive to emails and phone calls, always ready to help us when we just popped in. Helped us select tile and checked all the suppliers for us. When lead times were too long janelle helped us with alternatives. Only down side is that they do not move granite slabs on a Saturday. I understand why...... Just a pain if you can only get there at weekends

Although it took a bit longer to receive my tiles than I had expected, it was an excellent experience!

In the winter of ’12 we decided to update our bathroom floors and kitchen countertops and backsplash. Having time between assignments we took this project on without a designer or a general contractor. We visited a number of tile, granite and marble stores from San Jose to Burlingame. I started with the bathrooms. Neighbors recommended a person who could do the installation and paint. I visited Da Vinci one afternoon and Erika Medina helped with questions and allowed me to take out samples as long as they were returned early the next day. We decided to go with the 12x25 porcelain tile and Erika helped with ordering. I returned to Da Vinci after visiting a half dozen stone shops. We picked out a beautiful piece of Quartzite and put on hold. Erika once again came to the rescue with her knowledge and experience assisting us with picking out the slab, assuring us one slab was enough for our particular job and recommended a fabricator. The fabricator Carlos Garcia did an outstanding job. Erika suggested we install the countertops and then pick out the backsplash. Once again back to tile places to select the backsplash tile and once again back to see Erika. Da Vinci has a vast assortment of tile with competitive pricing. We selected Island stone with the help of Erika and ordered. Being a novice at this I found that ordering sinks and faucets even new refrigerators and stoves you could purchase at generally better pricing over the internet. Tile and stone is a different story. We were in lucky to find Da Vinci and Erika for our project. Job completed 3/13/11!

They're excellent. They've got good consultants and products. They're quick to give you advice on what they think is the best solution for you. They're the best people in the area for tiles. The price is a bit high but you're gonna get excellent products.

I couldn't be happier and just wish I had known about Da Vinci sooner. I could have saved myself many hours of trudging through warehouses if I had gone here first. They really do have it all, and their labeling system is exemplary.
